The overall stay was excellent. It felt safe and the surrounding area felt the same. This hotel is probably the only one so far that I can say in the Fresno area that is clean, safe and not so scary to go outside to your car. It's very hard to find such a place like that. I did not see any kind of bugs and my room was well kept. The bed and pillows was comfortable too. If ever I am in Fresno again this is definitely the place I will go to.

There is nothing bad about it. I have a good and quiet night sleep, 24 hours friendly front desk staffs to help me, and hot breakfast to start my day with. It was an easy check in and check out process too.

Breakfast was great with various options. Indoor pool was warm and clean. Coffee and tea available whole day. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel located near highway, the first room we got was very loud. We asked for another room and we’re offered a quieter one.

The hot tub was not working (with no information why and when it will be working again). The laundry room was not working- again with no info why. Rooms are equipped with ragged chairs (the only messy furniture in the room but for this range of hotel this should not be acceptable).

The staff was exceptional. Except for the manager. I was interested in staying long-term. Inquired with the manager. He could care less . Never received word about extending my stay. I was going to book a third week until the price of the room went up $100.00. The breakfast was outstanding. The best feature of the hotel.

The elevator was broken my entire stay. The water was consistently cold every morning. There were dead bugs smashed on the walls.

Personnel very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here many times, and the jacuzzi still does not work. A fire alarm went off in the whole hotel at 3am (twice), and there wasn't a fire. I wish the breakfast egg dishes used fresh eggs.

The bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Rolling shower was great. Accommodated my early arrival check-in. A noon check-out time was great.

Room was too close to the ice machine. It was loud at times with slamming doors, ice machine, people talking, a kid being loud. Food was okay,but wished they had plant -based milk options to have with the cereal and oatmeal.

I like the parking area close to the building. I enjoyed the quiet room.

I didn't like the inconvenience of having my key reprocessed three times during my stay. I didn't like the dining attendant overseeing what I was taking. It seemed she had bought the food and had to keep an eye on what was being taken.

The rooms were clean and fresh. Stocked with extra blankets and pillows in case I needed more. The staff is beautiful and kind. Breakfast is exceptional, with so many different choices. Oh and the indoor pool was crystal clean and very discreet.

I was not happy about checking out. It was a home away from home away from home.

I liked the location, price, and the lovely female staff that greeted me when I was there, and they gave me a veterans greetings also, the room was clean and the indoor door pool was also a +

The fact that the TV remote did not work, for the sensor the was not glued to the base of the TV, had to try and fix it to were I could see, view some stations.

The breakfast was exceptional! Professional staff and service. Clean and comfy. We stayed for 2 nights. Kids loved the pool :)

Our bathtub knob was broken/ not attached so we had to use a broken one to twist hot/cold water by hand :(. Our entry door did not lock. We could use a shoulder to push it open :) It was not safe to leave for a day knowing anyone could enter. Had some delay in the schedule until it was fixed but it was done very fast and professionally

Staff was extremely pleasant and willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy excellent service

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this place I will definitely be coming back extremely clean friendly great location I loved it thank you for making my stay perfect
