Loved the breakfast option in the morning had a coffee machine with multiple options from espresso to lattes. They had yogurt options and waffles to muffins oatmeal and my favorite biscuits and gravy. The variety exceeded my expectations. My favorite part is when we checked in the young man at the desk wa very friendly and polite. I even told him the hotel smelled like cookies and he said they were making some. Over all the price and location is highly recommended. It was only 10 minutes to down town fresno and rhey had at of stores and food options around.We will return to this hotel for our next stay in fresno.

The breakfast was really good!! Various options to self serve and the custom Belgium waffle maker was great! The young lady working in this area was really attentive to our needs and kept the area clean and stocked. I think her name was Anna. The room was a great size to my surprise. The beds were large and comfortable. I was glad that there was a workout room and free parking. From the front desk staff to housekeeping the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again when my son comes back to enroll at Fresno State University in the Fall 2025.

Although I ate 2, the FREE baked cookies offered at the front desk could use some improvement. The cookies were a bit hard and crispy, but hey as a professional baker I am a little biased.

Everything was super convenient to find and get to like the parking, the cafeteria, laundromat, front desk, the AC was super cold and just lovely after a day of sitting in the sun watching football all morning. I loved how cozy the rooms felt so did my husband.

The pool had like two dead roaches in it and some white things floating around in them. The umbrella didn’t work it was broken. The whole pool just like so outdated and disgusting!

This is our 2nd stay at this location. Very convenient to the mall and restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning with a good selection of eats.

We had a suite with 1 king bed and a couch, but the couch was not a sleeper type couch. My son had to sleep the best way he could since he could not stretch out on the couch.

We were just passing through and I'm always hesitant to book a hotel in an area I'm not familiar with. Especially traveling without my husband and with my kids. I felt safe in the parking lot and the hotel. And it was so very clean. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. All in all it was a great stop.

Nice sized mini suite. Very clean and comfortable. My wife really liked the Citrus shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Many restaurants within walking distance (food court in Mall). Seemed to be in a nice neighborhood. I thought the value for the money was outstanding.

Can't think of anything that I did not like.

The breakfast was good. I normally don’t eat early in the morning but it was good. I will say that the coffee was great. I liked the fact that you could get coffee of your choice and the choices were right on point.

Everything was very likeable so much so that I will be making my reservation there for next years tournament in Fresno.

When we arrived they had just baked complimentary chocolate chip cookies or the arriving guests and the smell filled the lobby, excellent!. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable, in spite of my traveling with a cold and feeling aches from it.

We had just come from a So. CA hotel where we had to spend 7 days in a hotel that didn’t have it together very well. Coming to Chico’s BW was refreshing. I mentioned my difficulties with the other hotel (noise and service); the night desk person found a room that put us away from street noises. Room was clean. We had a lovely night. Breakfast was great. Thank you!

Everything was great! The breakfast was so yummy!Rooms were spotless. The front desk was very friendly! We have been staying here a couple years now to see family in Fresno. Never disappoints.

There were crumbs in my bed and the sheets looked clean except for the crumbs left there. I didn't complain as I didn't want to be picky or a Karen. This is my favorite place in Fresno to stay at the BW Plus.
