Breakfast and staff were very good

$10/day to park in the area around the hotel is outrageous. It's Fresno, not a busy city with limited parking. Absurd gouging; simple as that!

When I was checking in I knew it would be later in the evening and I’m not from the area and I called the hotel and asked the woman what was in the area to eat and her answer was “I don’t know”….. well you should know … shouldn’t you? That’s just nonsense - you should know a list of places your guests van access amenities.

The breakfast was very good: hot choices and cold choices.

We were there over Christmas. I should probably mention that when we came to breakfast on Christmas morning we heard someone behind the kitchen door yelling loudly at someone with very strong, critical, and belittling words.

The room was huge and spacious. The breakfast was great overall. Great that we could bring our little pupster!

Eggs were horrible.it would have been good to have a night light in the bathroom. The lights from the heater scared our pup at night.

The location is exactly where I needed to be plus there were shopping areas near by. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was also larger than I expected.

This place is awesome! I've been spending a lot of time in hotels recently and Homewood Suites was the best by far! The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and amazing and the fajitas at the social hour smelled fantastic!

The only complaint would be a lack of clear markings for the elevator from the backdoor of the building. I ended up going around the long way! :?(

The GM for the property, Chris Milton, took the time to greet me personally, He is a prime example why we stay with this chain of properties for over 50 nights per year. JT

If you can choose a room with the lower numbers per floor (301, 302, etc.) you will be closer to the elevator that takes you back to the lobby. There are elevators at the far end of the hallways that take you to parking areas.

It’s still under renovation. However, we got the room with the new design and furniture. It’s good

the staff was so friendly. I stayed with my 2 year old son and all staff said hello to him and made him and I so welcome. one of the house keepers with curly hair we ran into a lot in the halls. she always made a point to make my boy smile

The breakfast was fine. The accommodations were excellent. The check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The person taking care of the breakfast area was rude and unprofessional. Will eat elsewhere if he is there next time.
