The rooms are updated, the beds are extremely comfy, the shower head and shower itself are very nice with great water pressure/immediate hot water. The staff have been super welcoming and very accommodating for us. I stay in Fresno for business and leave on most weekends and this has been a great place to stay for the price.

There is homeless people around, like everywhere in any large city at this time. But the staff really try to keep it safe by locking one of the gates to prevent a bunch of traffic going through and there is security after hours.

The best prices for hotels in Fresno. It’s a pet-friendly hotel, but with a separate deposit for each pet. My favorite part was the fridge.

During check-out, they had me wait while they checked the room before refunding me the damage deposit. The only complaint they had was one of their towels being dirty, which I used to wipe water off the floor; I’m still confused about that. The only complaint I have is the shower water pressure.

The location, the closer pizzeria and Starbucks. The room is very spacious and the bed it was very very comfortable and super clean, very well equipped.

The place looks old and not in a good care when you look at first sight the outside. I alarmed myself thinking that it wasn’t a good choice. However, the rooms were the opposite, and the hotel is pretty quiet. Could be good if you add a blow dryer and an iron to the rooms.

The staff Janessa, Alexus and ALL the housekeeping personnel were exceptional. Sooooooo clean and so pretty gardens. Nice and quiet and they always give me my requested room!!!!

The price. Plus super clean. I've been in some expensive hotels in the past. For the price, it's nice setup . It give me a home vibe. Makes me feel comfortable. I definitely would recommend it for anybody who need an escape from expensive other hotels. 10/10 every time I booked here. A lot of place make you wait to check in @ 3pm. If your lucky some times depending on their mood you might get checked in early, but I said depends on their mood. (From my personal experience). But here I could pre book a room in advance. And if I want to check in around 12 noon. 20$ for an early check in. That's the best part I don't have to wait.

Everything was great for the price

It was nice to be able to park in front of our room. No breakfast. It was clean enough. There was no leak in the tap which was much better than the first room where we stayed before. I mean we stayed there for the first and last day of our travel in US.

Nothing, Everything was good. But if there is a hot water maker, we appreciate it.

Staff/room cleaners were exceptional. Front desk girls/manager was very kind. This was my second time staying there. If needed, I will stay again in same place!

Seems to have everything it promised. Microwave, refrigerator, tv, etc. Was able to accept my special request which was changing sheets before and after stay. Had furnitures and chairs. A small table.

Room I had did not have wifi or it did not connect at all to it. There was no partial refund like some other hotel when I left super early but I can understand from a business perspective. Then again, I barely touch anything. Refund or partial refund should be based on how much room service has to clean/prep, if at all, from the stay of the customers. For my case, I only washed my hands with water and used a hand towel. Didn't stay long since plans were changed.

Perfect location if you’re going to a concert or event at the Save Mart Center. No homeless, my non smoking room didn’t smell like smoke. Pool was nice. It’s near restaurants. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came back to Fresno.

Very nice motel. Good staff. Convenient location on the way to Yosemite Park. Free parking right next to the motel. There is a microwave and mini-fridge in the room

There is a busy road nearby, a little noisy in the morning.
