When we travel to Fresno we always stay this Hampton inn in Clovis. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in the same room too. This time noisy guests above us stomped heavily and in the AM early leaving guests slammed their doors. (Wish you had soft closing doors,) Otherwise, we love Hampton inn!

I brought my own gluten-free bread for toast because all your options had gluten, and the yogurt had a lot of sugar in it. I like that I can bring my own products because most places don’t serve very good food.

Traveling with teens and dog. The Location was good, as were the accommodations. What set this hotel apart were the Excellent staff and delicious breakfast, with different menu items daily. Both the Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needed to have a fan, room gets sticky after 4 guests shower at night.

Excellent safe location easily accessible to major freeways. Lots of free parking. Hotel environment is very clean, room is freshly smelling and spacious. The bed, pillows and shower head pressure felt perfect. The staff were very welcoming and efficient upon check in and check out. Breakfast offers healthy and wide selections.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond for us, even gifting us little treat bags when they heard it was our anniversary. The free breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Loved they had flavored creamer for my coffee. Finally, the location was central or close to most everything we needed and plenty of free parking.

The walls were thin and the people in the next room quite loud. But what can you do? Died down by midnight.

Everything was clean, nothing run down anywhere.

It would be nice to have a large container of ice water out for customers.

Clean outside and the breakfast was good except there was only sausage no bacon

Everything was good until my daughter to a shower and didn’t notice that there was hair that didn’t belong to either one of us already on the shower wall.

The breakfast was good and adequate. It was a nice variety and the coffee was good. The beds were comfortable and I slept well.

However, I found that you use down pillows on the beds. I am very allergic to them. Due to a past incident with such pillows, I always check before I go to bed. I tried calling the front desk to verify, but no one answered the call. That is my only issue with the room.

The room was not clean upon arrival, not cleaned every day, and the shower was not supplied.

Staff member seemed in a rush to get us out of check in, there were no people behind us, guess simply wanted to go back to talking with coworker. Really don’t like to leave negative reviews however employee (Elijah) really needs retraining.
