The staff is professional yet personable, very high-quality employees. The place is immaculate. Everything is in excellent condition! There is no paint chipping, no leaky plumbing, no obnoxious noises from various mechanisms, no stained bedding, no filthy rooms, no ill mannered, unintelligible, staff. I mention the above negative things because this was my experience in a so called "luxury resort" prior to staying at the Fresno, CA Peach Ave. Best Western Plus. I was so hot, tired, and full of disillusionment over the past few days of bad experiences. I walked into the BW+ and was impressed by the refreshing atmosphere. The concierge' professionalism is displayed by the utmost courtesy and integrity. Thank you again BW!!

The breakfast was great. I worked out in the morning at their gym and was happy with all the machines and weights. I was able to eat my breakfast right after my workout which was convenient. They had a variety of breakfast items too. The location of the hotel by the airport was perfect. It was less than 15 minutes away from my friend’s house. Hotel room was clean and staff was friendly and attentive.

I enjoyed everything at the hotel. The only suggestion/improvement I can think of is to have 12 and 15 lbs dumbbells at the gym.

Kind and courteous staff. Swimming pool. Onsite laundry. Shuttle service to the airport. Hearty breakfast. Restaurants on the premises. The travel company we had pre-booked our day tour to Yosemite with, cancelled the tour. The reception staff at the hotel provided contact information for local cab services. Thanks to them, we were able to visit Yosemite. We loved our stay at Best Western Airport, Fresno. If we ever revisit Fresno, we will be staying here without a doubt.

I didn't like that out 1st morning breakfast ran late and our option was turkey sausage not bad but just wished they had regular sausage as well. And there was M&Ms on the side of the bed and the bedding for the pull out couch wasn't in the closet, we had to go down to the front desk to request them again these things aren't big issues but it would be a little bit more convenient. Lastly the fact that we have to pay like $6 a night for parking is ridiculous because to be honest it's soooo hard to find a spot to park in because the parking lot is extremely crowded we had to park by Quiznos and Lil Caesars pizza.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly! The facilities were great. Breakfast bar had good, healthy options and the rooms were quiet, spacious and clean.

Nowhere on the site we booked on or at the hotel were we told that parking is an additional charge at whopping $7.50/day.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location near the airport was perfect for us, and we enjoyed sitting by the pool (also clean) in the evening. The free breakfast was good with a nice variety of food.

Only 1 of 4 ice machines was working when we were there, but this was just a minor inconvenience.

The beds were amazing and comfortable. I did notice a presence of quite a few homeless using drugs in the parking lots around the hotel area

The staff on my check out was incredibly rude. Also, I paid extra for parking but there was no parking.

Clean, comfortable room with a refrigerator and good air conditioner. Very roomy and convenient. Parking was excellent and safe. Easy check in and reservation and very comfortable stay.

The breakfast was fine for our needs. There were coffees and teas all day long. Breakfast included juices, cereal yogurt, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled) breads, bagel, muffins and pancakes and fresh fruit. We wanted a quick breakfast and this suited our purpose. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The housekeepers were very accommodating and courteous.The rooms were spacious although the closet was quite small and could have used a light.

they told me I was getting a suite with a private room and that didn’t happen. I stay there a lot and I am military they know me. They could not up grade because the room or rooms were taken. but I felt I come here a lot. they never said anything like. We will give you your suite next time your here or any thing. They should of done more because every time I come to Fresno I check in there.
