The rooms are spacious & clean! A 7Eleven store walking distance along with a few more options around the area.

Once you enter the building where the rooms are at, you’ll smell the cigarette scent lingering around but you get what you pay for. There’s homeless people out in the back inside the gate which I was skeptical about parking my rental but didn’t end up having an issue :) Heard some people complaining about the AC not working, it’s a hot or miss sometimes. The architecture gives 1800s Old Money aesthetic but it’s mid for not upkeeping with it. No pool, or fitness room or laundry room

I like the space in the room and the appliances I needed great housekeeping,clean hallways , janitor always checking floors picking up trash 👍🏻👏🏻

Hell spacious it was not a lot of people walking around clean this coffee clean towels and the chairs

Another one to complain everything was exceptional but the TV was a little too small to see from the bed

The rooms are spacious has an old royal charm . This place was with the business in it's" hey day ",I love the people feels like home away from home can't beat the price either .

I like the size of the room and the price of it,I just didn't understand why I would have to pay $10 extra just to have my sheets changed 🙃...

There was nothing I could say I didn't like.

It was delightful. The owner just happened to be checking people in that night with a gracious smile. The wifi was super fast and the mini fridge was just the right size for some champagne and strawberries. Perfect 4day vaca. Thx university square. You guys made me feel welcome and comfortable for my entire stay.

No fridge No ice machine on each floor Lamps doesn't have working light bulbs Windows doesn't close Not enuff working lights... too dim Bldg is full of bugs n insects
