Having a balcony off my room.

Having to use a key to get out to the outdoor patio during the day. My key did not work and I had to walk around the entire building to get back in around 12:30 pm in the afternoon. To the lobby.

Pretty good menu and friendly service, no issues. But I can always appreciate complimentary breakfast like sister properties have nearby, same Marriot brand.

On my way to the gym and the pool, the last corridor is always full of laundry carts with clean and dirty sheets and many times unclean carpet, that could be better.

The lobby was very nice and having the bistro and the Starbucks was great. I will just say the staff was excellent. They were so friendly and nice.

No wall regular outlets that you could use. They were all covered by furniture. The ones they did have on lights half of them didn’t work they were very loose. The pool area could use some work. It would be nice to have a heated. Pool is very cooled.

The rooms are very clean, as well as newly updated and quiet. The staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed - including my food allergy. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful and a great place to sit outside with a drink from the bar. This property also has coin operated laundry, a pool, and a gym. We were very happy with our stay here!

everything is good but one thing

The house keeper was saying “ house keeping “ , and I shout out “ I’m still sleeping, I’m gonna extend one more day “, a few seconds later he opened my door , finding there is security chain lock , he ystill trying to use his finger to unchain. I asked him with shocking” what are you doing? “ No apologies and no nothing .

Staff was very courteous. Clean and peaceful.

It would have been exceptional but there was a huge gap in communication with the staff that made my trip difficult. I was in the wedding party for a close friend, all of whom were staying at the other location on the same street, miles away. I communicated my need to be roomed with the wedding party over the phone days before arriving and again at the front desk and no one said they had no idea what I was talking about. It took away something special from the entire weekend.

Super clean grounds and rooms, felt really safe at all times, Great loctation to the national parks, Each room had a balcony & bed were extremely comfortable. Literally not a single bad thing to say! I will be returning!

WiFi is not as good as the standard speed and quality received by hotel franchises lin Fresno including other Marriot facilities

Looked new, was nice. Good location, near lots of places to eat.

The elevators were located in an odd place, need more storage in bathroom and sink area. Late checkout was not available even though hotel looked empty and not fully booked at all! Staff acted very odd..
