I came to Clovis as my daughter was graduating from High School! I arrived to my dismay to discover that the hotel didn’t have my reservation and I showed them my app which had the active reservation. They couldn’t find my reservation. This was around midnight! I was so tired for traveling and didn’t need this head ache! So all of my good comments are not for booking.com but for the actual Hotel Staff! Alyssa the night manager was very helpful and thank her for her professionalism! We ended up just getting a room from the front desk and not Booking.com because they kept dropping the call at customer service! After the third call I asked to speak to a supervisor which was at 3am they still refused to connect me with one. I will not be using booking again until this is corrected in the future and won’t hold my breath!

The elevator was a little noisy

This is the quietest hotel I've stayed in for years. The location is perfect, because it is just off the freeway, but far enough off so there is zero freeway noise. Just as important, I felt the neighborhood was safe, day and night. The room is so nicely situated that an extended stay would work well for me. It had a big, full size mirror, and the bathroom was a good size. The room, the hallways, the breakfast room are all beautiful and spotless.

It could have been better if there had been easy access for charging devices near the bed. It worked out, but I had to pull out the nightstand chest to access the plug, so the nightstand stayed pulled out for the duration.

The service was great. Eve at the front desk was really kind and moved us to a room near the laundry so we could easily juggle the clothes and the kids. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast had many options. Close to shops and easy to find. We wished we had felt the pool earlier, because the temp was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay the night before my early morning flight out of Fresno/Yosemite International Airport. It was an easy drive from Yosemite and a quick (15 minute) easy drive to the airport in the morning. My room and the pool area were exceptionally clean. (and I'm pretty picky) I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and cooling off in the pool. The bed and bedding were perfect! Shower was great! The person at the front desk was welcoming and friendly and was kind enough to let me check in early as there was a room available. I will definitely stay here again.

I left before breakfast was served, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is close enough to walk to downtown Clovis, but there were some empty lots and missing sidewalks in between so I decided to drive (about 5 minutes) instead. The pool area did not have any lounge chairs, which would have made relaxing and reading a bit more comfortable.

Well kept, clean, staff around working on cleaning the rooms, keeping the property inside and outside nicely maintained.

Room door vs bathroom door, can’t open one and get by the other. Could hear everything from the other room.

Excellent check-in, rooms great size, location excellent to walk to bars and restaurants. Lovely complimentary breakfast

The property was clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable and I particularly liked the warm chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Breakfast had a very good selection of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwich, fruit, oatmeal, and cereal.

The property sat back from the street and had a bunch of dirt and a city trashcan in the front near the hotel. The property should landscape to make it look more presentable and welcoming.

The only thing I can think of is the light switches’ individual location wasn’t very intuitive or close as you went towards the bedroom. Also, the large door to the big bathroom seemed cumbersome

The location was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful which made the stay even more amazing, Also a huge Thanks to Heather who was so friendly and positive made our stay even better

It’s an amazing location, it’s clean the staff is friendly there’s a nice little trail behind the hotel as well!

No bad things to say, just the door to our room having trouble staying latched. The locking mechanism inside seems to gets stuck, we figured out how to make it work
