The property was right next to the hospital I was going to so I booked it again for later this week for my husband while I have a procedure done . It’s a a good location and the rooms were comfy

There was a tear on the window screen but not enough to make it any problem. One thing that was a down fall which the hotel doesn’t have much say in is that in the evening we had to stand outside while a fire alarms were going off and they made sure the facility was safe. But there is no controlling that. It was just stressful since I was there because I was having a pregnancy issue and wanted to be close to the hospital just in case

Nice. Spacious. Love the two bedroom suite with full kitchen. Love the little free breakfast.

No Tesla charge connector area. Elevator was broke so everybody was using stairs. WiFi in room kept going out on TV. Wish pool opened at 9am because it gets too hot to swim.

The suite was cozy. The kitchen & all things included were very useful & the bed was comfortable. Extra linen for the pull out bed was helpful. Breakfast was good & being able to charge needed items to room account was convenient as we don't always carry cash. Staff was always available & friendly. We appreciated the security presence when coming back late for the night. Easy to extend our stay.

The pull out bed mattress was a bit flat & lumpy.

When we were given a room where the air conditioner was not working we were promptly moved to another room!!

The staff was very polite, the room was large and clean. We loved how quiet the hotel was.

The breakfast left much to be desired. There were 2 of us (which the concierge did ask for how many she would be packing the bag for)but we only received one breakfast sandwich and we weren't given a choice between the burrito or sandwich. I know because of COVID the breakfast looks a little different than it usually would, so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have been nice to both have had something to eat. Also, the coffee maker in the room had a chip on the bottom of it, so it flooded the counter and then we did not have coffee. That seems like something that shouldn't have gone unnoticed when the room was cleaned before our stay.

There where 2 changes and I only stayed there 1 night!

I like everything specially that it’s an apartment like room with bedrooms. Looking forward on staying there again.
