I'm a local here to Fresno County but had gone through some pretty rough family things lately and needed a sudden place to go that would be somewhat comfortable for the uncomfortable time my kids and I were currently going through. I came across this listing and am glad I did the location was a lot more comforting to be in besides the other listings I had seen located on the Blackstone area. Meaning there was a lot less "shadiness" taking place or activity you would typically see/expect from staying in that general area. I'm sure it's because where we are located is pretty close to the Kaiser Hospital and a lot of business stays seem to be taking place. Loved having a full fridge and little kitchen available, making it easier for me to actually cook little easy meals rather than having to order out all the time. The kitchen it two stovetop burners, full fridge, sink, microwave, as well as some shelving storage space for you to place your belongings. dry pantry items, etc. Also nice to know they provide you with a very basic dish/cooking utensil. They don't have a full breakfast available but there is always coffee/little muffins/breakfast bars available in the main office every morning to grab if you'd like to. If you're expecting a Hilton Stay, then this place isn't going to have you walk into a room with folded towels in the shapes of animals placed by your pillows or some little box of chocolates on the kitchen counter for you to snack in but this place is A LOT nicer than the other cheaper stays you'd find. is great with having a small kitchen to have access to, WAY CLEANER when it comes to the room itself (doesn't look like you're walking into a room that had plenty of drug runs or Night calls tended to within it) Nice restroom area as mine personally had no leaks, broken janky feeling to it. More professional location leading to a safer and more sound mind as to making a choice to stay here.

I am currently going through some tougher times with my children and I, meaning my stay was extended unexpectedly. I understand that business is business, but it would have been nice to maybe not have to be charged as much per day being an already existing persons staying here. I feel like as the people who seem to get this type of room is/have been residing here for more than a night or two, so taking on basically a whole new day full rate, along with the late check out fee/extension was a little excessive.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room itself was clean and you could tell it was recently cleaned, it didn’t have a normal dingy hotel smell but it did have a pleasant smell. The sheets were clean as were the towels. There is ample parking available and it is relatively quiet at night. The fridge is very large and had room for 6 days worth of groceries and drinks. I will be staying at this location again.

I didn’t like that the large mirror was blocked by the heavy dresser. You also have to ask for utensils and cookware as none are in the room.

Room & location excellent...breakfast: good coffee, remainder should be advertised as continental...their offering of plate, glass, & utensil packages is very impressive...

Purely selfishly, after a completely unexpected day from hell, causing a 9pm check-in, I would have been ecstatic to find even a small bottle of water in the fridge,,,I know it would be an added expense...I was on the 3rd floor & too exhausted to find a vending machine...tap water was okay!

The staff here are seriously the best. Throughout my stay, they’ve not only been understanding but also helpful with the few inconveniences that my current life crisis have caused. They’re also very forgiving when you have a two-year-old throwing temper-tantrums and wanting to stomp and scream on the second floor.

Though being on the first floor is more convenient, sometimes the creaking of the upstairs flooring can become overwhelming disturbing.

The room was beautiful nice and cleaned and everything you might need for a perfect stay

I didn't like the staff the checked me in she didn't really tell us much like where exactly was my room located or anything about the hotel just took my payment and that was it. 2nd I didn't like the fact that the shampoo n conditioner were located in the front lobby and you have to request some.

Staff was very helpful the man in the front with the glasses was very kind .

They were full on our stay so towels and dishes were limited

The comfort and the facility of having full refrigerator and microwave is a plus.

It was pleasant. New years Eve the location was very good. The free breakfast was no breakfast at all coffee and instant oatmeal. In the front office. Very false advertisement for free breakfast.

The location is excellent and beds are comfy but would have like more pillows in the room.

The bathtub had hair in it .

Location was fantastic I rented a room a few blocks from this one and I kid u not they were propositioning me and asking about drugs, where as here I don't even recall hearing another person, it was a very pleasant stay I highly recommend especially if it's just for a simple place to eat was your butt and sleep!

You're very nice very nice they're way better than motel 6 on Blackstone and Herndon there's nothing that I didn't like about your guys's hotels
