The staff were professional and kind, the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the free of charge amenities added to the value of the stay. The hotel was additionally very easy to navigate despite it being mine and my boyfriend’s first time at the hotel.

My boyfriend and I suffered moderate indigestion all day after eating the complimentary breakfast. The only food we both ate in common were the eggs (both hard boiled and plain omelettes), which may just have been a bad batch.

We loved everything from check in to check out. Staff was great, clean facilities and close to freeway and food. No worries

The only complaint I can say is we tried to use the hide a bed from the couch for our oldest son and the bed was very thin and uncomfortable. Could feel every spring on the bed so he eneded up sleeping somewhere else. Besides that we had an exceptional time.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed some delicious breakfast. Our TV had some good channels. The parking was great and close. We did not hear any outside noise which helped us sleep well. Close to restaurants and gas stations.

We weren't able to check in at noon. It was definitely understandable as the room needed to be cleaned and not ready but it did set our day back by a few hours. Still great service.

The hotel’s location was excellent, just off the freeway. There was an In-N-Out right in front of the hotel that’s open late, so I’d love to try it next time. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious.

I have no complaints at all.

That area it was a calm place. The stuff on the front desk were really nice and very helpful to us.

That freeway at night was ready noise either than that everything was OK. The one thing it looks so different about a lot of holiday ends is that the most places they have laundromat and this one it was like the simple one, but it was OK.

The inn was completely renovated and modernized. Right when you walk into the lobby, you smell a pleasant fresh scent. My room was immaculate and the bed was warm and cozy.

The location isn’t nice. It’s in a cul-de-sac, in the middle, between In-N-Out and Days Inn. There are several fast food restaurants around, such as McDonald’s and Taco Bell too. Unfortunately, there are a few transients walking around the major intersection, which might be Janson Rd.

Everything was great. The breakfast was exceptional. My great-grandkids were so happy with the variety of the breakfast choices. They had a good time in the pool and spa, and I enjoyed the spa.

There could have been a few more towels for our 6 family members (only 4 towels), but it was okay. & the door was squeaky. The sofa bed could have been a bit more comfy, but I guess that's the nature of the animal.

Easy check in, lovely helpful staff, excellent breakfast. A pool on site and plenty of places to eat nearby. We only stopped off for one night on our way to Yosemite and it was exactly what we needed. Also a lovely zoo nearby in Fresno for those looking to spend the day somewhere nice.

A few noisy neighbours, but they weren’t noisy until late so it wasn’t a big problem.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT!! The woman that serviced the breakfast was very nice. Also, the housekeeper that cleaned our room once during our stay was very nice as well. Her name was Mary and so we gave her a $10 tip.

I could hear people talking outside my room.

I liked the decorations they had for Halloween, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel room was the way it was described, the location was near an In-n-Out, like walking distance, it was amazing.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, the only downside of the hotel was the elevator, it took a bit too long, and it seemed to be the only one. Since it was the only hotel, sometimes it could get cramped.
