I had a great stay at this hotel – the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything worked as expected. The only downside for me was the price, which felt a bit high. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and the quality of the hotel did help make up for it. I suspect the price might be influenced by the lack of competition in the area, which could explain the higher rates. Still, it’s something to consider when booking.

After a day of exploring the city, I was looking forward to a late evening swim, only to find the area already closed. While this didn't detract from the overall fantastic experience, it would have been even better if the pool hours were extended to allow for more flexibility in enjoying the facility.

Everything was great. The spa wasn't working when we were there which was a bummer but Everything eles was good. It's very clean and safe with very friendly staff. My kids liked the cookies and we liked the convenience of the bar and restaurants. The Gym was small but great.

I wish the spa worked. The pool was good but was cold for a heated pool.

The free wifi requires you to become a member of the hotel. Besides that, the free wifi is not enough to do anything productive. They also sell a premium internet package, which is quite absurd to me. I had to use my phone data to work from the hotel, which defeated the purpose of staying at this hotel in the first place.

Food was great. Space was great. Very comfortable bed!

Service was extremely slow for breakfast. We think our order was forgotten. Our friends came down and sat for food after us, they finished eating and we still hadn’t gotten our food. Our friends notified their waitress about us. Within 5 mins our food was out and was scorching hot so we think they realized they forgot and made it very fresh.

The service by all staff I encountered was top notch! Jeff, at the bar, was hands down the nicest and most fun bartender. Food was delicious and well worth the $. Would definitely stay here again. The best part, the pool and hot tub were glorious.

We abandoned a horrible airbnb and ran to this double tree. We were so thankful for the large, comfortable and clean room. The staff were friendly, the hotel quiet even though it was busy, the restaurant was good and we loved the pool area.

Not much in the immediate surrounding area, but very close to the highway and the rest of Fresno

Hotel, room, restaurant and bar was very good, no doubt. Breakfest was very good tasted.

Due to full ocupancy, parking was full and we expected buffet breakfest, but there was only served breakfest. The price is little bit higher for the hotel which doesnt include breakfest. And the breakfest isnt buffet.

I loved the pool and the breakfast

There was no room service menu in the room and the only way to order food was to go to the bar. I ordered Pizza Hut online and mistakenly thought I was going to pick it up in the lobby, but I had to drive to the west side past G St. to pick up my order .

This was a wonderful place to stay. Front desk attendant was so kind and polite, it was refreshing. I was surprised when he offered a cookie and it was warmed. The room was perfect and everything clean including the restroom and bathtub. We are at the cafe in the morning and it was equally wonderful.

Nothing. No dislikes at all.
