I travel to Fresno 3 times a year for work-related matters and stay at this property each time. Always clean, always comfortable, and quiet. The complementary breakfast is great! Customer service is excellent from all staff members; however, Michelle (Front Desk Clerk) is AWESOME!!! Quality Inn and Suites DEFINITELY has a gem working for them. She's made my stay great each time I encounter her.

I cannot think of a single thing I don't like about this property. Let me think. . . . . . . . . . . . . . no. . .not a single thing I don't like about this property. And I'm not easily impressed.

A very warm welcome from reception upon arrival. The carpark was free as was breakfast which kept costs down. The room was a good size. Throughout the stay the staff were accessible and helpful. The location gave easy access to shops and restaurants.

There is no elevator in the motel which made getting our heavy cases to our room difficult. The room was spacious and clean but could've smelled a little fresher.

The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable 10/10. Location very close to highway, and to many restaurants. Even costco is 1mile away. Staff super friendly. Will def come again

The only thing i didnt like was the breakfast. I wish they have more choices. But this didnt bother us and still everything was exceptional

The facilities were in good shape, well maintained. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The AC worked well and it was not noisy. The breakfast was basic, but it met what’s being offered, so no demerits here. We had a very good night here.

Location is not ideal, very close to the main road and therefore a bit noisy, but it’s just a very minor issue.

I like that it’s closed to the freeway and only few minutes away from the waterpark. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was OK just enough to get us through the morning.

The faucet from the bathroom was hard to adjust and it’s too hard to move and I wish the thicker curtains would close. We have to tie it so the sun won’t wake us up too early.

Great motel that is clean, comfortable and has really friendly staff. The WiFi was strong and we could use it to work remotely even with video calls. There was a desk in the room. Good AC for hot days. Comfortable bed and good parking lot.

The free breakfast was a little minimal - some cereal, yogurt, bread, but no eggs or hot food. There was a waffle machine. The coffee was watery and weak.

I liked the amount of space there was in the room , the restroom was nice . I loved how there was a In N out just a mile away ! I also loved the pool my little sister enjoyed it . The breakfast was the best part ! The staff was nice the hotel overall was amazing couldn’t have asked for more, I made the right choice coming here !

The lite breakfast was what I expected. The dining area was clean. I also liked the hours for breakfast. We were minus one bath towel & when I asked for another towel the staff took care of it right away.

During the breakfast, as one person was serving his self, the female staff came over and asked him very loudly if he was a guest at the hotel. He showed her his room card. She apologized to him and went back to the front desk. I think she looked at how he was dressed & made the decision to talk with him about his stay. She could have been more quiet when asking him.

Excelent for one night stay. Good location, clean and confortable room. Nice staff.

The breakfast was really sad. Just plain regular waffles, toaster burnt the cheap bread. I was expecting higher quality breakfast 4 price
