Proximity to fresno/ clovis freeway access.

The furniture surfaces, ie end tables , dresser had moisture rings from previous occupants, the veneer on the bathroom vanity was severely damaged. The housekeeping in the bathroom which at $250dollars a night should be top notch was overwhelmingly disappointing. On the 12x24 inch tile were various dirt smudges as well as long strands of hair. FYI when traveling for leisure the bathroom is a highlight for many… zen, spa like…. Not what one find’s at home… Previously I was impressed by the attention to detail… this time… not so much…. Do better….. please.

Very comfy beds, super clean and breakfast was excellent.

My only bad comment would be the elevator service is horrible it takes sooo long to get to stop at your floor. Had to take the stairs several times.I noticed they use it to transport the service cleaning wagons that might be why they are never available. Other than that it was great to stay the night.

Nice to have a free breakfast while traveling for work. One less thing to put on the expense report.

I tried to add my Hyatt reward account to my reservation and the front desk said bc I did it thru booking.com , they could not add the stay to my Hyatt.com reward account.

Gas stations, places to eat and shopping centers nearby. A quiet neighborhood near a hospital, clinics and well-kept housing estates. About an hour's drive from the entrance to Sequia Nat. Park. Good standard of the hotel and very nice service.

Unfortunately very close to the highway. Rooms with windows facing the highway are noisy at night.

The first attempt at check in at 4:30was incredibly slow. We were going to a celebration of life and didn’t want to be late so we checked in after, around 6:30. It was a different staff member and a smooth process.

Sad to see that furnishings have been abused.. marred laminates and shredded upholstery. Juice stains on tables and sub par housekeeping in the bathroom.

Breakfast was minimal. I was surprised, because it was the Hyatt!

1. Breakfast was minimal. Toaster burnt the toast. 2. The towel meant as a floor mat for the shower, had many hairs on it, one of which was long!

Great location for our trip to Yosemite, less than 2.5hr. drive from there. Close to a outdoor shopping mall where they have great Asian food. Good breakfast.

The A/C in the room is very laud, feel like a truck running its engineer outside my window downstairs all night long. We have to turn it off for a while to get some peace. Didn't get good rest.

AC heater unit in room made dust when activated. could not use it. seemed old not well cleaned & maintained. Need new filter maybe??
