Quick and easy check in and out. Theyve got a laundry mat available. The rooms were clean and i got a glimps of how the staff cleans their rooms. Deep cleaning and elbow grease.

The kids running around. I guess thats expected though when you have rooms with families and long term stays. Also, i booked a ground level room because i have an infant that i cant be carrying. That wasnt given as booked. I was booked upstairs. Even with an elevator the elevators are a good walk from where i stood.

the location, amenity/kitchenette, AC is crisp cold, room was cleaner than my last time booking with them, I was on the 1st floor, parking (on the sides) has shade, good amount of outlets in room, good channels, front desk has great customer service, and it’s great value for the quality!

no cons at all this time. i see the progress & growth! glad to see changes. no issues with the room key this time either!

Staff friendly, area nice, good air conditioning....like the price, it makes the whole difference to get rates knowing I'm working and still not making it seem like I'm leaving my paycheck in Fresno....

Not much I didn't like, but seems like rate is creeping up but what I don't like even more is having to look for another rental if rates continue to go up ....

The facility was clean and a very good value.

it had two burner stovetop plus a microwave. it has zero pots, pans, forks, knives, and spoons.

Clean towels, sheets, refrigerator looked clean, over all nice and good area....

One, no screen on window, and some pesky insects I had to get rid of, 2, again seems like rates are climbing slightly and what I really don't like is having to hunt down another place to stay....

I like that it was quiet nobody bothered me and the AC worked great

The really wasn't much I didn't like about it but maybe that there wasn't a bathtub but the shower was still big

Easy access to shopping stores. Cheapest price in town..

Fridge was old and had roaches . Toilet in room broke down.. beds aren’t the cleanest but manageable. For the price is what you get

All around one of the best places I've stayed in awhile

Other guest yelling and arguing in the rooms next to me but everything else really good

Issues with the door lock ( the key wouldn't unlock the door even though the light turned green) and the swivel lock on the door is very loose.

The room was comfortable.

The Night Staff Did not verify a visitors room and opened our room by mistake At midnight.
