I appreciated the contemporary amenities, the spaciousness of the room, and the level of cleanliness. The property is situated in an excellent location, nestled within a quiet neighborhood in Fresno. It is conveniently located near the highway.

I was not satisfied with the breakfast. While it was sufficient to fill me up, it was deficient in fresh ingredients, particularly vegetables or a salad.

THIS PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A NO PET POLICY , WHICH IS WHAT WE WANTED. THE NEXT MORNING I HEARD THE ROOM ACROSS FROM US 2 DOGS BARKING WHEN THE PERSON ENTERED THE ROOM. I DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL DOWNSTAIRS DESK, SINCE WE WERE CHECKING OUT. I WAS GOING TO TELL THEM WHEN WE LEFT, BUT THERE WAS NO PERSON AT FRONT DESK.

Hello, hope everything is well. I stayed at the holiday inn express and suites Fresno from the 13th of may to the 17th of may and we paid a 100 dollar deposit and then we came back may 22 till may 24 and I paid another 100 dollar deposit. So I am supposed to be receiving 200 dollars but still did not receive anything.

I loved the spacious room and blackout curtains! We were so comfortable and enjoyed our room.

Staying in the room above the entrance meant loud music all day (starting before 8am). It was very hard for our son to nap and it woke us up in the morning. That was a bit disappointing, but we still enjoyed our stay.

All of the sleeping rooms have been upgraded since the beginning of the year. Our beds were very comfortable, technology upgraded with multiple usb ports and even a WiFi router in each room! They also offered a full hot breakfast. The value was great.

There were a few things that needed attention mainly with the outside and pool area access but construction is not quite complete. Also, the properties details states that there is an exercise room which there was but the construction for it hadn’t been completed yet.

I stayed here several nights while my husband was in the hospital in Fresno. They extended a hospital rate to me which was unexpected, but much appreciated. I was able to sleep safe and secure and enjoy breakfast in the morning before heading to the hospital. My home away from home in Fresno. Lots of places to eat near by.

The property was local to Kaiser which is what we needed. Great staff good rooms comfortable beds wonderful showers and yummy breakfast. The only dislike was our air conditioner was making a loud gummy noise that woke us up a few times as well as the people upstairs stomping around. Other then that it was awesome. Jacob at the front desk was amazing and helped us.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Fresno. The interior is nice, with a fresh renovation that gives it a modern feel. The breakfast was good, though it could use more meat options. There are convenient places to work with a laptop, and the WiFi is reliable.

The only thing that went wrong was, we were on 4th floor, had to go to the 3rd or 1st floor for ice. The elevator was slow because your staff elevator was out of service, made quess elevator very slow, but other than that everything was great 👍🏾

We love our stay 😍 very convient for us having a 2 day appointment at Valley Childrens. The staff are so nice and very accommodating. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. and also if you want to look around and do some shopping while your stay The shopping center is 4mins away!! We’ll sure gonna stay here again👍
