Great location next to the airport.

Found out when I got home that the hotel charged over $96 to my credit card. Not sure why. I'll be calling the hotel.

It’s a little old fashion looking at first when we parked but surprisingly when walking in I immediately feel like I’m in those vintage old 40s movie where rich people come to party , it was definitely giving great Gatsby vibes , checking in area was big and spacious and clean and quiet . We got a king size bedroom and the room was actually pretty big , my son just started walking and falls here and there and he was walking everywhere , my son definitely had fun jumping on the king size bed lol , beds were comfortable & sheets were clean . we liked how we park right by our window so we can see our car for reassurance. We had breakfast in the cafe the next morning and it was so good with a very nice window view . Surprisingly being by the airport I was worried we would hear planes flying over us but we didn’t even hear it at all , Wished we had more time there to explore the pools and the other restaurant next to it but we’ll come next time for sure !

Maybe needs renovation, and parking lot not very secure and in the open

The place is an older building a very short way away from the airport. For all that it is close to the airport it is pretty quiet. While I mentioned that the building was older, I don't mean in any way not well maintained, a bit dated but still nice and well cared for. We didn't interact with the staff much but they were professional/polite and friendly when we did. Room was decently sized over all. Pillows were the right amount of soft but not too full of flat. Well worn but not run down and the room had plenty of hot water. The view from our room looked out on to the inner courtyard area with the pool and we had a nice little balcony to our room. We didn't eat at the restaurant but there is one in the premises and it smelled pretty tasty. The pool that is on the property looked like it would be enjoyable to use and seemed well maintained but was closed for the season as we are getting into the colder months and it is an outdoor pool. Reasonably priced and had a large amount of parking at the property for guests.

The toilet was shorter than necessarily super comfortable (some members of our party are 6'1"). The beds were firmer than we might have chosen for ourselves, not impossibly hard but we woke a little stiff. Because of the older well worn of the place electrical outlets in the room weren't as easy to come by in convenient areas. We would have been fine if we hadn't had someone with a medically necessary sleep breathing machine that needed to be beside the bed (it was not a hardship to be able to plug in all our devices. We just had to have some of them farther away then we might have liked and had to actively look for other plugs).

King bed with 4 pillows very comfortable. Sliding glass door opens to the swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance while I was there. Located right across the street from the FAT airport. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. About 40 TV channels. Nice sitting chair and another chair with desk. Ice machine.

Lighting in the room was dim. No restaurants nearby but the hotel has one.

Everything at check in was great, room was clean and very comfortable

At check in I was told breakfast was included and that I could pick up a breakfast voucher at front desk. Upon to receive my voucher I was told because I used booking.com I didn't get the free breakfast and was treated very rudely by front counter manager in front of others. Don't say one thing and offer if you can't come through .

The location and price were excellent. Being an older property it had a very nice courtyard with mature trees to sit under. The building and rooms were quite clean and well cared for, even for their age. My favorite part was the telephone next to the toilet, I haven't seen that in a very long time.

Being an old property means it is very dated in decor. I'm not sure it had an elevator to the second floor???

I like that the room is clean and the property is quiet. More importantly, the staff is very friendly and professional.

First, I will stay again at Piccadilly Inn Airport. However, the beds are uncomfortable. There seemed to be a crater in the middle of the bed. In addition, I like the air conditioner; but the air conditioner needs to a be a little quiet.

The front desk staff was good this was the first time we've been here and Zack stepped up and offered his help before we can ask for it . Zach really made are night easier I did not want to climb the steps with all are belongings we were very tired if it wasn't for Zach giving us great customer service I would have canceled are stay. I am a sales representative and it's all about customer service. Way to go Zach for going the extra mile.

What we didn't like there was no elevator and only one cart bring your stuff in from the car into the rooms

We just spent a few hours in the hotel room, in the middle of the night, between two flights. The room was perfect for that purpose : clean and extremly close to the airport with a free shuttle 24/7 as well as the reception. It was extremly easy to communicate with them.

I guess they haven't remodel the rooms and the hotel for a very long time ;) that is the only negative point that we have found.

I have to pay for the breakfast. I don't know why it's unfair that we have to pay to eat, because we didn't book it through the hotel directly. They should be glad I book with them. The bad: there is only 1 front desk person, I had to wait, and the customer service I received was rude.
