Complimentary breakfast served in room is ok - Not as expected - This might be as there is no such good restaurants nearby - staff should be more professional while serving breakfast in room - No inhouse kitchen - Bed size suitable for 2 people only but hotel staff support for extra mattress - Room size small - No lift in hotel

The location is very good just walkable distance very near to Varanasi Railway Station and the staff is very cooperative and available whenever you call them, room service is excellent. They assisted us to get a suitable transportation to visit the temples all around Varanasi. Keep up the good work

The location should be properly mentioned in description landmark should be given, as its a walkable distance but when you see in the Map it shows far, only a road crossing and we can reach the Hotel

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, good room service and the location is very close to the railway station. Would definitely stay there again if I end up in Varanasi. Could be a little bit cheaper but it's a great hotel with very good staff. Highly recommend it! The pictures on this booking site seem up to date and represent their actual rooms.

The hotel and the rooms are perfect but it is not accessible by car

The car cannot reach the hotel, because the lanes are too narrow, we had to drag our luggage and reach the hotel and the hotel does not have lift.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, it was really good property in terms of facilities with respect to pricing. Manager and other staff was very kind and supportive. Rooms & washrooms were so clean. Overall it is a nice property to stay.

Nothing as such, only the galis(roads) but anyway banaras galiyo ka seher hai.. nevermind!!

My father is elderly man and he traveled alone to Varanasi, he arrived late night and the hotel management was very kind and cooperative, they escorted him to hotel accommodated well and took a great care of him. Thanks

The room was handy, good organized. Everything was good working: the fan, clim, shower. Very hot water. The location near the station was perfect. And reaching Ganga through nice narrow streets was great The staff was very friendly, fair and helpful

It was very pleasant stay at hotel Blue star, I visited during Saavan month with family and hotel staff helped on travel plan and supported all request. We loved the home like food a lot. Location is perfect close to bus stop/Cant, and you can get auto just outside the hotel.

Highly recommended. Clean and hygiene rooms. Well behaved and supportive staff. Food provided in the room with just an phone call. Tour desk also good.
