It’s on the beach. There is food and drinks available. The staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean.

There is no valet parking. You have to unload then move your car across the street to the parking garage and they charge you to park $20 a day. The beach has chairs available for rent they charge $50 a day. One of the days we paid for chairs within 2 hours it’s rained and I lost my money for the day.

What I liked most is that the place is clean, smells great, and has excellent customer service. Jayden, who checked us in, was very nice and helpful. I didn’t see her again after check-in, but she made a great first impression.

What I didn’t like was the bedding. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed -it wasn’t a proper queen size, so we constantly had to pull it down to keep it in place, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The pillows and mattress could also be improved; they weren’t very comfortable. Another concern is security. Anyone can access the elevator without using a key card, and there were no security guards at the main entrance. It would be much better if the elevators required a key card to access guest floors for added safety.

Staff was very kind, location is fantastic, food at the bistro was wonderful, my friend and I had a great experience. I am actually planning to go back to this hotel in a few months with my family, I was there for a girls trip , but this hotel would be great for kids . The breakfast was good, but very few options to pick from, I don’t think it is worth it.

They closed the gates on the slides in the kids pool majority of the time I was there ( 5 days) and kids kept climbing over it anyhow to still use the slides, making it a risk for falling, so I would suggest to just keep the slides open since closing the gates didn’t stop kids from using them, it just made it dangerous for them to get injured.

Clean, great access to the beach, friendly staff, good location

Cleaning the room…I realize it was stated room cleaning would be every other day, we were there three days so the third day the room should be cleaned. housekeeping did come at 4:30 pm, we just got in from being at the beach all day and wanted to take a shower and relax before going out to eat, we thought the room would have been cleaned by the time we got back, so when housekeeping did come at 4:30 we declined because we didn’t want to leave. It didn’t ruin the day by any means but something we feel should have been done. Although we did get clean towels from the housekeeping lady she was very pleasant.

Very clean room with new furniture, we had a nice seaview (but it was a high floor, it would be better on lower floors between the 3rd and 7th. The beach is really nice but the pool area was seriously crowded. The lazy river was so much fun

The pool area is shared with two nearby hotels, one of them is a hotel apartment where the units are cheaper than our hotel. It was all right but really like really crowded and also I was feeling like I could get the same facilities while paying less if I had booked one of the sister facilities.

The location of the hotel was great, large clean room with ocean front. I like that the hotel had 2 restaurants inside. The food was great and prices wasn't bad at all. Pool and lazy river was a plus for the kids.

I didn't like the small pool towel that where clean but had so many stains on them. The beach towel was extremely small and there were plenty times when there wasn't any available. I had to requested wash cloths 4 times before I received them. The wait time to receive washcloths was 45 min- 1hour or longer. The beds were firm, very hard to sleep on.

Location to beach restaurants and stores.

Access to the kids slide at the pool. Seems to never be open, and when it is, it's for a limited amount of time. The cleanliness of the pools,it's understandable that the pools are next to the beach. However, during my last stay at this hotel, i seen a crew cleaning the pool early in the morning, removing sand, making sure the water was clear and clean. No old wet towels left from the day before, but this time things weren't as together as before.

The hotel and oceanfront view was beautiful! Great location to walk to shops, attractions, restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I had a lot of trouble getting the Wifi to work. An option would come up wanting me to join something which I didn’t want to do. Without doing that I could not get internet without going in and out of my settings constantly turning off my WiFi button and clicking on Courtyard Marriott guest then go out of the screen and coming back in and turning my WiFi button back on again. I had to do this 3-4 times before it worked! That was very frustrating!

We loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to alot of restaurants and bars. We like that it was a real oceanfront view and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The hotel appeared to be clean. The front desk clerks were very nice with assisting us through our stay.

We did not like that it said breakfast was included then when we arrived the desk clerk stated that it was for Springhill guest not Courtyard guest. For the price we paid to stay for 3 nights we should been able to have breakfast as it stated online. We did not like that our beds were more on the full size than the queen size as stated online also.

Everything! From the spacious room, gorgeous view, and high-level floor option they gave us for our room; to the wonderful facilities and excellent location, I can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved it and will be staying there again in the future.

I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. For what the price is per night parking should without a doubt be included. I also didn’t like that the parking deck was so small coming and going in between the floors. However l, it wasn’t something that would deter me from staying there again in the future.
