The comfortable beds and pillows were my favorite

I difnt like that Booking .com didn't change my date with the hotel after sending me the conformation that it was successful and when I got there they had me down for the wrong day and I was charged for an extra day! I would like to be reimbursed please

Friendly staff—we stayed at a hotel in New Brunswick earlier, and for all the talk of Canadians being so friendly, they were snooty and rude in comparison to this nice hotel in northern Maine. We drove up for the eclipse and had a great experience! Clean rooms, quiet, and definitely better than our experience in Canada. Recommend A++

I loved the staff, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. You could tell they cared about the property and wanted to make it the best place they could.

The juice at breakfast tasted fermented.

the location is key and it seams that they finally fixed their hot water issue!

the TVs could use some upgrading the ones now are old and the cable service they use spend more time freezing shows/movies than u are able to watch

Newly remodel. Clean. New carpets. Everything worked. Good shower. Good heat/ac. Ice machine.

New owners are from India etc. A bit hard to understand but I'm sure they will improve some over time

It was clean, and check-in was smooth.

Breakfast was for the namesake.

Bed was superb as were towels. Coffee was good.

Both electric sockets on either side of bed had one plug not working. It was either have a light on or charge your phone, not both. Walls had nicks in several locations, needs a paint job. Breakfast area was not tended to- when we entered area, within allocated hours, there were no eggs left plus someone had left a cooked waffle in the waffle maker all dried out and cold. I advised the front desk and the gentleman cleaned the waffle maker but still no eggs. An attendant never showed up. There were two English muffins left that we reduced to zero.

Hotel was in convenient location. Reception was very cordial. We got complimentary bottled water. He went to check personally to make sure room was cleaned and ready. Room was spacious and comfortable; had all the amenities we needed - including USB ports, which had been few and far between in other locations we stayed at in Maine. Room was very quiet. Price was quite reasonable. Breakfast was included with good choices.

Room wasn't spotlessly clean. Curtains were a bit tattered. Everything was a little rundown.
