Location was superb, I found the entire experience very good. I enjoyed the proficiency of the staff at checkin and in catering to my needs when I was there - both in terms of competency in dealing with my requests, and the ability to engage with me in English, despite the predominant language in Luanda being Portuguese.

I found the service in the restaurant to be below expectations. They were not too attentive to the needs of what I was ordering - no steak knife with my steak, fetching still as opposed to sparkling water. I do believe this was mostly due to either training or a language barrier. However, the food was great and the value for money was there.

The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is very quiet since it is isolated with double glazed windows to prevent the sound of the city to enter. Very practical and all you need. We used the swimming pool, but the swimming pool was not filled up to level with water that was the only thing that needed some attention.

The hotel bathrooms, sleeping rooms with all bed linen was very clean and fresh.

I think the towels are old and need a complete charge, rooms could do with a hot water kettle for one to take a cup of tea before bed, especially that it was somewhat cold.

The breakfast was good, but I missed the tea. I can't drink coffee because of hypertension so Tea is my alternative in the morning as a hot drink to wake up. The location is good near the airport is an important thing for me as I was traveling for work.
