Breakfast was not offered. Front desk could not help me with a separate charge that came up on my AMX? I was told to call direct. CAll Who? What number do i call to reach help on a misterious charge. I need to know when I always book Holiday Inn Express that i get 1 charge for correct amount, not another charge for $63.00!? Very dissappointing. I love I.H.G.

No one seems to know how to navigate charges. I do not like you have put u a gate between clerks and clients.

Clean, orderly & open lobby. The space was well lighted with high ceilings. Not sure how full but not noisy. The bath tub had a safe surface & was non- slippery. Did not know until got in to take shower. Very pleased to have a grab bar even though it was not a handicap room. Big plus for safety. Thank you

The location to shopping and eating areas was nice. The rooms were comfortable.

Not having a free breakfast was a let-down. Other much nicer hotels I’ve stayed at had a free breakfast. The carpet in our room didn’t look too clean; had some stains

Not a failure on anyone's part, the bedding was very nice and comfortable, but the mattresses were SO firm that my spouse and I were both stiff in the morning.

The beds, pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

Although it is a convenient location, it is near a busy railroad with trains coming by throughout the night.

They hit the high points, clean, comfortable beds , nice and efficient staff. They had a well lit parking lot and the building was well maintained.

The hot water could be 5 degrees warmer.

Non-functioning outlets in the bedside lamps and no USB ports. Also noticeably dirty/stained curtains.

The overall experience was great

Sometimes at night the a/c would shut off for long periods of time causing the room to get a little warm

I stay here ever time I come to the area. It is clean comfortable and the staff are great. I have eaten at the restaurant and the food is good. Too notch
