Had great happy hour food, fresh fish tacos, and caprese salad for great price. Free breakfast included lots of protein, fresh avocados, bagels, gluten free English muffin. Excellent free coffee. Nice lounge and patio, pool area on edge of desert. Spa like shower in room. Slept soundly.

The day I was there, a Saturday, the pool area was full of children and a family playing music by the pool. Maybe it was a party. They hogged the pool area. The music should not have been allowed. This happens at almost all pool hotels because people are selfish and inconsiderate these days.

The receptionist was nice. We came in at 2am and she really helped us get to the room as quickly as possible. The people at the front desk even answered fairly quickly when I had a question. Mind you, at 2am. The bed was cool and the night cover made it amazing. There was a window cover that really looked nice with how everything was. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Even coming close to the end of the breakfast there was a very decent selection!

None of the trashbins had any liners unfortunately. It made the idea of tossing things in there feel a bit... off. The parking situation is interesting though, as it wraps around the building in a strange way. The elevators did tend to take a bit. The receptionist did tell us when checkout and breakfast was, however we had forgotten due to the time and being very tired. The card holder for our room did not list either times, but calling them and them answering very timely did make this a mixed bag.

Almost everything was as I expected. You can tell that the hotel is quiet new, so it looks very clean and modern. The room was very comfortable and quiet. There is a big parking lot right in front of the hotel. The ladies at reception are very kind :)

The biggest thing that bothered me was the lack of any sustainability awareness. All was plastic, the plates and cups at breakfast, the cutlery, You had to throw everything away. This is also in the room. This really struck a nerve with me, probably it is to save money on someone washing dishes. For a hotel rated this high, this shouldnt be happening. The breakfast was ok. There is bagels, waffles, jam, yoghurt… But I think some ham, cheese, vegetables would be great. There was some fruit, but once eaten, it wasnt replaced. The pool was quite shallow, small, and dirty… I tried it, but I got out quite quickly… There seems to be a lack of personnel, as the pool obviously doesn’t get cleaned and they use exclusively disposable dishes…

Downstairs lounge area is the best I've ever seen. They had a bar that served appetizers. Lots of spaces to relax and enjoy company. They had a gas firepit, and 2 gas bbqs for cooking outdoors. The breakfast was really good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, quiche, Bagels, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk, great coffee, and hot chocolate. At the front desk there was an area for snacks, ice cream, and microwaveable items for your room. The pool was heated, and jacuzzi was nice. They have a gym, and office space.

Water pressure was a little low in the shower. Wasn't able to get an early check-in.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. The pulldown window shade was pretty cool with the design on it too.

My room was near the pool/outside bar area and on the top floor, you could still hear the people loudly talking and laughing until late until 3 am as if the window was open, but it wasn’t. Would’ve been better staying on the side without the pool.

This was a second visit and it did not disappoint. The hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds, which is very important to us. The staff is smiling, helpful and friendly. Check-in a breeze and it's ge juice was free of charge. If you are in the area, definitely do yourself a favor and stay there. You'll love it too!

For years we have stayed at another property because of its location to a particular restaurant and we used to travel with our kids (now adults). This property is such a change! Clean, modern, has a bar....great staff.

Really, nothing. This is our new go-to property and we go through Barstow 2-3 times a year, round trip. We will always stay here unless the prices become out of our reach.

Front desk staff when I arrived exhausted at 5 a.m. and when I checked out later were very helpful as well as friendly and polite. They were able to put my bike in a storage area so I didn't have to worry about it being stolen from the rack on my car. Got high quality sleep due to comfortable bed and no noise.

Best hotel breakfast ever!

Although prearranged due to death of family member was NOT given correct fee to stay which was EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING AND VERY HURTFUL.( almost wasn’t able to stay!)

Wow this hotel is beautiful! It definitely seems pretty new, everything is well maintained, looks new and is super clean. The room was comfortable, the bed was great and breakfast was awesome! Lots of options!

Honestly, we had no complaints regarding our stay here. It was great.
