The bed was so comfy! Didn't have the breakfast, but everything looked like it was good. Room was clean and quiet. Even being right next to the train tracks, I really wasn't bothered by the noise; although it would probably bother some people. The area felt safe, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. It is still Barstow, so I would exercise caution regardless.

The driveway/entrance was a bit confusing, coming from the west there was no left turning into the hotel so I had to turn around. There is a way to get there a few intersections to the west that I discovered leaving that has a light where one can turn left. If I had used my mapping instead of just winging it I probably wouldn't have had this problem.

Loved our stay at this hotel,the staff were happy cheerful and helpful. We booked this hotel as it had a pool, it was nice having the pool to ourselves and was impressed that staff cleaned the pool overnight, it was just a shame that it looked a little tired. Saying that we would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was a lovely surprise, lots of choice and a very lovely area to eat it in.

Very clean and quiet and an excellent price for the room. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at check-in. Convenient outlet locations near the bed on both sides.

Room was poorly lit except the lights at the bedside, which included a small reading light on each side in addition to the regular lamps. The full-room lighting and bathroom lighting were minimal, consisting only of one wall-mounted fixture in the room and one in the bathroom.

Quiet and peaceful and relaxing location and room , the staff was professional when I checked in front desk rep female and male maintenance staff weee extremely helpful and very professional, the bed was comfortable. However , the bathroom tub had two puncture holes in it, the toilet was not bolted to floor, the vinyl baseboard was coming off the wall all around the toilet and walls in bathroom. There was an initial sewage type smell when I entered room, I turned on fan and brung my own room deodorizer spray fro home to combat the horrid smell. Room 113

The maids and front desk people were very friendly. My room was made up very nicely and and very clean. The breakfast food was great.

I was told by the front desk on check in that I had to pay a $100.00 on a credit card in advance. For what? The $100.00 is still on my credit card. I want this $100.00 credited to my account immediately. When we checked out around 7am, nobody told us if we would get the refund or not. The bath room had a lot of patch work, and little room to move around.

Quiet rooms, which was great for our dogs. The breakfast was a nice spread. And we had things to bring in and out from our car so we were glad there were carts. We wish we could have used the pool but it was a quick overnight on our drive.

We wish there was a better spot to let our dogs potty and get a bit of exercise in the heat. The only option was the gravel on either side of the sidewalk/smoking area or next to the road.

Convenince, next to freeway and route 66. Breakfast is good.

Paying the security deposit of $100 when the room cost was less than that. The security deposit also takes too long to be returned. The 3-5 days is not a reality, as it takes 10 days sometimes. After paying this at several hotels each night over 2 weeks, it becomes a problem as you don’t have those funds to use and have to keep track of them. In future I will be asking the question before I book a hotel.

It was a great value, large room. I would go back for those reasons. Needs some updating the manager was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, staff was amazing. We accidentally left a bag on the curb outside with 3 iPads in it, some amazing person turned it into the front desk. We noticed it like 6 hours later while on our way to Oklahoma.🤦🏼‍♀️ In a panic I called the hotel and Nicole picked up. She told me she wasn’t sure anyone turned anything in but she could go check, she quickly came back and told me that they had the bag and it was safe. I asked her to open it and make sure all 3 iPads were in it and hallelujah they all were. 😃. Since we were on our way to Oklahoma to start our family vacation for the next week, they were nice enough to keep the bag safe and locked up until we could come back and get it the following Sunday. This was the biggest relief and the biggest weight off my back and helped me relax for the week and have a great time with my family! We picked it up a week later, believe it or not, from Nicole!! :). This girl is a godsend and I wish her so many wonderful things in life. To the person who turned it in without deciding to steal some very expensive items, you are a saint and deserve all the greatest things life has in store for you! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
