The hotel is extremely comfortable and cozy! The guys at the reception are simply beyond praise. Always friendly and positive, ready to help on any issue. They checked us in and checked us out in a couple of minutes. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, air conditioning and a furnished balcony. The room itself was clean and the daily cleaning made it even cleaner. Also the cleaning staff are very friendly. The shower cabin is spacious and comfortable. You can open the window in the bathroom. Breakfast is varied - eggs every day, some meat, lots of pastries, cheese, sausage, yoghurt, fruits and vegetables. Lots of cold and hot drinks. It's literally 10 minutes to the beach at a leisurely pace. There are hundreds of restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The central train station and bus to San Marino are a 15-minute walk away. The rooftop pool is clean and there are enough sun beds and umbrellas. The guy from the pool bar fought a seagull when he saw it trying to get things out of our bag! Special thanks to him I don’t remember when I received such high consideration. Perhaps only in hotels of the Hyatt level. We will definitely come back here again and again.

Bed was very comfortable. When your partner moves during sleep, you don’t feel it because the bed is firm (yet not hard). Housekeeping was impeccable. Bathroom, bedroom, common areas very well maintained. So nice.

I didn’t like that smoking was permitted in the premises (on the balcony). When we had our sliding door open, wind blew cigarette smoke to our room which made us cough. It would have been nice to have the breeze come in but because other occupants were smoking, it made our room polluted. Please prohibit your customers from smoking in the immediate area. In addition, front patio floor installation was going on, workers should not smoke either while working…the air quality to the hotel entry was bothersome for us non-smokers.

Everything. The hotel is in a great spot, easy to walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. It’s very quiet never heard doors slamming,people’s voice etc and our room was next to the lift. The reception staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Well the whole hotel staff are great reception,housekeeping, the waiters at breakfast. Our room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. The housekeeping is every day and they really do clean the rooms, air conditioning easy to use, safe once again easy to use. The buffet breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. So much choice. As for the latte macchiato it was perfect. I’m a bit of a coffee snob. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

The room was a really good size and the balcony was very big with some sea view. We loved the breakfast, it had everything you needed, delicious options. The pool was great, it was 33 degrees outside so it was a refreshing oasis in the heat during the day as it was too hot on the beach. All rooms have air conditioning that you can control the temperature in your room and don’t have to have it on constantly if you don’t want to. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is perfect as it is walkable to the train station but also not on the busy road where all the restaurants are. I cannot fault anything about the hotel, it was a very pleasant 4 night stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It’s hard to find anything wrong with it. If I had to be picky it would be that checkout is at 10am while most hotels usually are either at 11 or 12, just so that we had to rush out that early in the morning.

Short walking distance from the Rimini train station so if you are flying into Bologna it is only 55 minutes on a train to Rimini station. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Rimini but within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff working in the hotel are super nice. We arrived before 2pm and our room was ready. Room for 2 adults and 2 kids was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony with two chairs and a table was an added bonus - it was handy to dry swimsuits etc there. Beds were really comfy and because the area was so quiet we had a very good sleep each night. Room was cleaned every day and it was absolutely spotless - big thanks to the cleaning staff for doing an amazing job. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was really enjoyable. Two guys working in there are very nice and helpful. We decided to spend a couple of hours there on one of the days to take a break from the beach and it was really enjoyable. Bar service starts at 11 am and you can order a very reasonably priced lunch from 12pm. We have tried piadinas, burgers and salads and everything was very tasty and good value. What is handy is the fact that you can add the cost to your room and pay at check out . Twice a day there are free mini sandwiches, wraps, pizzas etc at the bar area on the 8th floor and ground floor. Nice touch and handy to have with a drink. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Honestly one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Staff were very nice and made our two kids smile when they gave them free lollipops. What we really liked was the barista service on order with delicious good quality coffee. One thing to note regarding access to the beach is that you need to pay extra for umbrellas and loungers. We decided to use beach no 10. Paid 50 euro for a day for 3 loungers and a big umbrella by the sea. Staff were very nice and the beach was spotlessly clean.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Amazing staff from the reception (Fabio was incredible and the most attentive, going above and beyond to help us) to the waiters and the cleaning team. Everybody acknowledges you and is happy to help. Also, it was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. The breakfast is sublime, the choices are infinite from yoghurt with granola, to international breakfast with fries, eggs, meat to croissants, lots of different cakes, pancakes, fruits, nuts and different juices. The coffees are super foamy, its hard to find someone who is great at making lattes and cappuccinos, and they exceeded my expectations.

Do not get a taxi anywhere! We had a flight from Ancona airport and asked reception about a taxi there from the hotel several times and were assured it would be ok. Unfortunately on the morning of our flight we were told that it would be very expensive- it ended up costing us €240! Clearly this is a problem in Rimini but it should be made clear to guests how absurdly expensive it is to get a taxi so they can work out another route. Even though there were train strikes we could have found a better solution beforehand instead of spending an airfare on a taxi!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, though there wasn't any hair conditioner in the room. I asked the cleaner if they have some (she didn't know English, but I showed her what I needed on Google Translate). She called someone and told me in broken English that it will arrive to my room. Well, I did receive 2 packages, but when I opened one in the shower, I saw that it was shampoo.

That we had to pay tourist tax. In Hungary, where she just came from we didn't have to pay anything extra!

My room and bathroom had a good size, a balcony and seaview. Both early check-in and late checkout was not a problem. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and free bicycles. Very good location, close to the beach, the station and the old town.

The rooftop pool was under maintenance. To get access to the "free" WiFi, I had to go through a registration process that included giving an email address. After doing that for my tablet it had to be repeated for my phone. Please just give a password, like most hotels do. Prepayment.

Our stay at the Hotel Aria was awesome! The people were so friendly and helpful. The room as a decent size, had one of the best showers we had in all of Italy, the breakfast had a lot of choices and yummy, there were restaurants fairly close by, and it was within a 10-15 minute walk to get to one of the main squares (we walk slow now). We would recommend for individuals, couples and families. We would definitely stay there again, no doubt!

Nothing really. We loved our stay! The only thing I can think of is the hotel flyer needs to be updated. Some of the restaurants listed on the flyer were not open, but that could be due to the season (November).
