The hotel is extremely comfortable and cozy! The guys at the reception are simply beyond praise. Always friendly and positive, ready to help on any issue. They checked us in and checked us out in a couple of minutes. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, air conditioning and a furnished balcony. The room itself was clean and the daily cleaning made it even cleaner. Also the cleaning staff are very friendly. The shower cabin is spacious and comfortable. You can open the window in the bathroom. Breakfast is varied - eggs every day, some meat, lots of pastries, cheese, sausage, yoghurt, fruits and vegetables. Lots of cold and hot drinks. It's literally 10 minutes to the beach at a leisurely pace. There are hundreds of restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The central train station and bus to San Marino are a 15-minute walk away. The rooftop pool is clean and there are enough sun beds and umbrellas. The guy from the pool bar fought a seagull when he saw it trying to get things out of our bag! Special thanks to him I don’t remember when I received such high consideration. Perhaps only in hotels of the Hyatt level. We will definitely come back here again and again.

Bed was very comfortable. When your partner moves during sleep, you don’t feel it because the bed is firm (yet not hard). Housekeeping was impeccable. Bathroom, bedroom, common areas very well maintained. So nice.

I didn’t like that smoking was permitted in the premises (on the balcony). When we had our sliding door open, wind blew cigarette smoke to our room which made us cough. It would have been nice to have the breeze come in but because other occupants were smoking, it made our room polluted. Please prohibit your customers from smoking in the immediate area. In addition, front patio floor installation was going on, workers should not smoke either while working…the air quality to the hotel entry was bothersome for us non-smokers.

Do not get a taxi anywhere! We had a flight from Ancona airport and asked reception about a taxi there from the hotel several times and were assured it would be ok. Unfortunately on the morning of our flight we were told that it would be very expensive- it ended up costing us €240! Clearly this is a problem in Rimini but it should be made clear to guests how absurdly expensive it is to get a taxi so they can work out another route. Even though there were train strikes we could have found a better solution beforehand instead of spending an airfare on a taxi!

My room and bathroom had a good size, a balcony and seaview. Both early check-in and late checkout was not a problem. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and free bicycles. Very good location, close to the beach, the station and the old town.

The rooftop pool was under maintenance. To get access to the "free" WiFi, I had to go through a registration process that included giving an email address. After doing that for my tablet it had to be repeated for my phone. Please just give a password, like most hotels do. Prepayment.

Our stay at the Hotel Aria was awesome! The people were so friendly and helpful. The room as a decent size, had one of the best showers we had in all of Italy, the breakfast had a lot of choices and yummy, there were restaurants fairly close by, and it was within a 10-15 minute walk to get to one of the main squares (we walk slow now). We would recommend for individuals, couples and families. We would definitely stay there again, no doubt!

Nothing really. We loved our stay! The only thing I can think of is the hotel flyer needs to be updated. Some of the restaurants listed on the flyer were not open, but that could be due to the season (November).

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had: the room was big and spotless, the bed was big and with a firm mattress, the room even had a balcony. The weather was awful during my stay, so having a comfortable room helped to still feel on holiday. The breakfast buffet had so many options, both for a sweet or savory taste, and the cappuccino, prepared by an actual person on the spot, was excellent. The staff was friendly and eager to help at all times. The evening apéritif at the bar on ground floor looked great too, but I didn't have the chance to try it.

I would have appreciated higher flexibility in terms of cancelling or shortening my booking: the time window available for cancelling is quite shorter than the average on Booking.com (it closes one week before the beginning of the stay), so when it was clear that the weather in Rimini would have been unfavourable, it was too late to cancel, and I was left with the choice of either wasting several hundred euros, or facing a hotel-bound holiday. Of course, it's a risk I knowingly took at the time of booking, but still I think the cancelling policy could be improved: most of the hotels I stayed in recently allow cancellation up to 48hrs before arrival day.

This hotel far exceeded what we expected. I was expecting an average 3 star, which most hotels that are 4 star seem to be nowadays. However, from the moment we walked in until the day we left one week later we were astonished with just how friendly the staff were. The accommodation was very clean and our room was cleaned attentively every day. The pool and staff in this area were amazing - a great rooftop area with plenty of quality sunbeds and a swim up bar. We also took advantage of the free bikes and took a 21 mile ride one day along the coast and back. If we were to return to Rimini then we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If I had to be ultra critical then maybe a gym (air conditioned!) would have been the icing on the cake. Having gone out for a 6 mile run on one of the mornings at 8am, in 27 (81) degree heat, the humidity nearly finished me off!

The service is really professional 👏 Love all guys from the reception. They smile and greet you every time you enter ;) The room is clean, accurate, and the same as the photo. ( soft, tidy bed ) The breakfast is delicious, has fruits, salty, and sweet meals. The coffee is made by the barista and served by the waiter. The taste above all praise.. Moreover, the hotel is located a little behind the noisy street full of restaurants, which is an advantage. Since having thick windows, no noise can be heard in the room. There are also blackout curtains, thanks to which I slept like a baby. We will definitely return!

I was initially concerned about the frequent critique in the reviews regarding poor sound isolation between rooms. Fortunately, it seems these claims were exaggerated, as we did not hear any sounds from other rooms despite neighboring rooms being occupied throughout our stay. The hotel takes its 4-star rating seriously; there were no dodgy self-service coffee machines at breakfast, instead, coffees were made by a skilled barista. All breakfast items were of high quality. The staff was exceptionally pleasant. The rooftop pool looks far better than the provided images on Booking.com. Hotel is sparkling throughout. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Aria.

We LOVED this hotel! It is in a great location only 2 streets back from the beach and it is in such good condition it looks like it’s recently been refurbished. It really is a great hotel. The staff are EXCELLENT and were very friendly and helpful. They told us the best restaurants to go to and how to find their specific private part of the beach. The breakfasts were also great, with all sorts on offer and the staff there were really nice and friendly as well. We decided we are definitely coming back to Rimini soon and will definitely stay at this hotel again!
