Being so pleasantly surprised as to just how beautiful the location and property was. The description and images simply can't convey the magical nature of the Hotel, surrounding buildings and gardens really are. The staff were both very accommodating and friendly - they made us feel very welcome. Love the WiFi p/w as well, but sorry, I can't tell you. You'll have to go there yourself to find it out 😆.

Quite special place to stay 1-2 days. Here you can smell and taste old good Italy. A castle adjacent to the hotel is worth visiting with its exhibition of ancient weaponry and furniture. The owners of the Castle still live there which is unusual and helps to keep the castle in good state. Food was local and tasty, staff was friendly. Might be a nice stopover when driving across Italy. place is very calm and quiet and one can have good rest after a long drive.

Staying at this hotel was a whole experience. It is part of a castle complex and it gives "Old Italy" vibes which is amazing! Rooms are spacious and I felt like a princess there. They also have a wonderful restaurant that offers tasty food and a huge variety of wines. The location was beautiful and surrounding was quiet. !00% recommend this hotel!

Beautiful location and structure with friendly staff. Also a cute restaurant even though they could make it more cozy by actually having the fire place going and candles on the tables.

Nice hotel within the walls of the castle. Very old and beautiful area. Nice river to walk along below the castle. Restaurant next door serving authentic and fresh food.

All in need of a bit of love..

Gorgeous location and facility, as if you're traveling into the past, but with all the comfort of today. We loved the periodical room with the small terrace and nice view. We had a great breakfast and even better dinner at the hotel beautiful restaurant. Staff was absolutely wonderful. We loved it!

Nothing we did not like.

I think that the breakfast room was badly lit, gloomy in the morning. The breakfast choice fairly simple, centered on only baked products and even butter was missing. Coffee was excellent, though.

Beautifully restored rooms in historical building. Cozy and clean. The castle area is one of the most picturesque places I’ve ever been. Very calm since the hotel is not very big. There are 3 restaurants in the area, we had dinner at Locanda del Falco and the atmosphere was beautiful.

The property is stunning, it’s like stepping into a fairytale. The location is great, they are dog friendly, breathtaking views, delicious food, and super friendly staff.

The bed was a bit too hard for me

Very nice rooms, friendly staff, beautiful and excellent restaurant ('Locanda del Falco'). We have stayed in the Residenza twice while passing through and will do so again, when we are in the region once more.
