The receptionist was super helpful and let us check in sooner thank the official check in. The room is very simple but has everything you would need for one night stay. The location is probably great for people just passing by but it’s quite far from the center. There’s no Uber and buses don’t run later in the evening.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, only croissants and sweet stuff to eat. No diary products except milk for cappuccino. Before booking check if the location really suits you

Very friendly staff, flexible with check-in and out. Went out of their way to bring us a takeaway breakfast in advance of an early departure. Rooms comfortable and warm. Location not central but very convenient for traveling around the region.

No secure parking is a shame, but that's the only major drawback we found.

Basic breakfast

The hotel was very far away from Piacenza Station. After 7.45pm there are no buses that takes you there, therefore had to walk 45min. Breakfast was available as told. The room was clean and neat, the toilet was also very clean and neat. I had an issue with payment through Booking.com therefore had to pay using another secure platform given by whoever is in charge of the bookings. Everything was well, but the location was far.

We really appreciated the breakfast. The receptionist was really nice and answered every our question with a smile. The price is really good.

The sheets were not clean enough. The pillow had something like glue on it and the other pillow had yellow stains. Also there was everlasting cigarette smell in the hallway.
