This hotel is conveniently located off the autostrade and has secure parking. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. The bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower with two rain shower heads. The a/c was cold and internet worked well and it had plenty of outlets for charging devices. The restaurant is excellant with lots of choices for dinner and then for breakfast. Staff speaks English.

extremely large bed. clean. good breakfast choices. very close to the motorway exit which was perfect for us since we stopped there on our way back home and didn't want to drive the whole distance in one fell swoop.

no hot water, but it was so warm during the day that I didn't really mind. The staff was unhappy about that fact when we told them the following morning.

Room lovely & spotless, good towels & toiletries. Evening meal and breakfast were great, fairly priced and the waiter that served the evening meal was friendly and fun, as well as efficient! The breakfast staff were welcoming and polite. Reception staff OK.

Only the fact that there is no outside space at all to enjoy, and sadly on the day we travelled through not much open in the town.

Easy to find from motorway. Nice to have car safely nearby in garage so luggage etc securely left in vehicle. Very big double shower and the bonus of be8ng able to watch Masters Golf on tv in room. Considering the price it was disappointing and uncomfortable sleeping in a bed with plastic cover on mattress.

Spacious room, quiet environment yet close to highway, which was great for our next morning to continue our route

The breakfast provided was underwhelming, considering the room rate. It was sufficient but fell short of the quality or options one might expect for the price.

Easy access off the motorway. Staff were courteous and informative. Dinner and breakfast excellent. Liked easy and convenient parking with access directly from our room as well as covered and out of the sun.

Location. Although very easy to find off the motorway it is next to a chemical plant. Nowhere outside to sit. Bar was not open until 7

Good location for motorway travellers. Excellent and well-trained staff. Modern comforts - huge bed and walk-in shower, Sky TV and air con. Restaurant food is very good at very reasonable prices and served by smart, multilingual waiters. Buffet breakfast has all you could need. But the special thing is the covered canopy outside the downstairs rooms where your loved one (i.e. your car) can be kept safe.

The Hotel is very nice, well decorated and has a goodvibe about it. It's spotless. The breakfast is also very good.

Angela on Reception when we checked out. We had a voucher received by email from The Nord, she wouldn't look at it at all, raised her voice saying loudly that it wasn't from the hotel and we would have to send it to her. It was humiliating as another guest was in earshot waiting to pay. Angela called, I belieeve the duty Manager who confirmed it WAS from the Hotel itself and advisedher to accept the code. She didn't apoligise and her attitude did not refelect the hotel at all. It is the second time we have stayed. Also it was a Sunday and the restaurant wasn't open - which is a shame as it is out of town. Couldn't even get a glass of wine!!

The room included a private covered carport. This was very convenient for loading and unloading the car. Also, the carport had a separate door that could be closed for privacy. It cost a bit more (EUR 9) but was worth it, especially because it was pouring down rain.
