The hotel is in a great location in the town, nearby are McDonalds, an excellent steak restaurant, various quality pizzerias, of which we definitely single out the Pizzium pizzeria. (top top pizza). We were greeted at the hotel by a friendly employee, and our rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was in order, but after staying in this hotel you will realize that the rooms need renovation. Everything was a bit worn out, but everything was correct and clean in our room. In relation to what you get for the money, the hotel is completely adequate, but it would be really great if some things in the bathroom, at most, were renewed. The breakfast that is served is continental and is modest but satisfying. Of the prepared items, we only had dehydrated scrambled eggs and fried bacon, and in addition there were various spreads as well as sweet pastries.

You have WiFi in the hotel, but it is problematic. These days I'm sure foreign travelers want a quality internet connection if it already exists. We couldn't open pages or use our apps because the connection was "insecure" that was something that bothered us. I hope it will be fixed by our next visit

Quite easy to find and parking available outside and in the parking garage. Not far from a couple of bars and a Macdonalds which was convenient.

Room was ok but seemed a bit dated although it was ok for an overnight stay.

Great location for travelling through Italy as so close to the motorway. Very good breakfast.

Had problem with room offered - main light not working properly. Very helpful receptionist gave us the only alternative which was a disability room - good but not what we had booked.

Location of the hotel is great, maybe better when you travel by car (we travelled by bus). Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, there was an air conditioner:) beds also were comfortable, the breakfast was nice as well.

The coffee during breakfast could be better though.

The hotel was a base for my group to attend a wedding, it was great value for money I was satisfied with the hotel and the staff were great,

It was a last minute booking that found us staying at Idea Hotel and so we weren't expecting too much and were therefore very happy with what the hotel had to offer. The beds and the shower were excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast. It was more than we expected for the price. Also, the staff were very helpful. I had lost my only mask and they offered me one for our train travel.

Unfortunately the AC wasn't working and it was a very hot day and night. If this is a usual occurrence, maybe room fans should be provided. The location for tourists isn't ideal but you can catch a bus nearby, walk an easy 30 minutes into the old town or get a taxi! Our taxi from the station only cost 10 euro.

The biggest plus of this hotel are very 60s 70s rooms , and the fact that the rooms are super warm. Good breakfast

The toilet flush button was broken had to push my finger onto the wall to flush it, shower a little on the small size

Very well placed just off the motorway,easy to find.Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Comfy bed,clean room, good choices for breakfast. Across the road from an excellent Ristorante.

Nothing we didn't like. It was great value for money.
