Excellent hotel if you are driving to Piacenza. Only issue is having to pay EUR12 per night for parking but it is secure although parking is OK in surrounding roads. Very clean and modern. Room sizes are good. Excellent breakfast. We also used hotel bikes (free) to cycle around centre in the evening. You can reach the centre on side roads. Easy to get to from the motorway

Nil - only issue was car park was full on one day so had to go round a couple of streets to get to the garage which was empty.

Very clean and tidy hotel with good facilities. Parking either in car park or garage (each an additional cost but provides reassurance). Luckily there was a space each of the four days of our stay. Reasonable breakfast choice. Room also had quiet air conditioning which made night time comfortable (still 30 degrees at night). Would stay there again

Location is good to access from motorway and ring road, however it is some way from the centre, so good restaurants and centre of town not in easy walking distance. There is an onsite restaurant although we did not use it Note although we booked to pay at hotel, payment was taken before we arrived, and then had to pay local tax on departure

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was a really good size for one person. The bathroom was nicer than I expected. Also, the clean staff were on top of everything. Generally, the room had been cleaned by the time I came back from breakfast.

It is located a bit farther away from the the center of Piacenza than I would have preferred.

Clean and comfortable, very big beds and good pillows, new and fresh facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good WiFi and lounge (with tables and power outlets) for working, big rooms, good breakfast and coffee, very good underground parking for 12 eur (free parking on the street was also possible).

We requested a twin room, and upon arrival we were given a double room with 1 bed. We were told that if we book on the same day, this could happen, but without a hassle, we were given a large family room instead (although we would have been ok with an extra blanket, as the bed was big enough).

Location was easy to find , very clean, and very good food . The staff is also very helpful. We will definitely return .

There are not enough spaces for parking, and one of them is very abrupt. The staff should inform us before because we scratched the car under .

Price is reasonable with good air conditioner. Near a big Conrad superstore. With parking space

Parking space cannot book. Also the room door will shake when other people close its room which is quite disturb. Also, quite far away with the city centre

There is no lunch served at the restaurant. They dont provide cafe services during the day. Neither coffee machine is available in the room or lobby.

Room was nice. Good and fairly easy parking. Polite reception. I used free bicycle one evening to visit Piacenza centre.

Breakfast Ok. Dinner could have been a little better with respect to price level but not bad.

A convenient location for a 1 night stay whilst travelling from UK back to our home in Umbria. Dreadful weather so we did not explore the locality. All Staff very helpful and friendly A tasty Dinner in the Restaurant and an excellent Breakfast with a lot of choice of hot and cold foot, meats and cheeses, pastries & croissants etc
