Excellent bed, very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't as bad as the other reviews had made us expect, especially for Italian breakfast standards.

The location is a little ways from the center, but there's a bus line that stops right in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good sound proofing and blackout blinds, bright bathroom with good water pressure, and pet friendly.

The triple room was small, but we knew that from the booking, so it’s really no complaint. It is a little far from downtown, but again, we knew that at the booking. there is plenty of restaurants and bars nearby though.

The young singorina Concerige was so very kind, helpful and thoughtful. Thanks for recommending Kzero!!! We luved u and the restorante!!!

Well outside Piacenza but that was okay for us. The downside was that there was nowhere good for dinner nearby. Breakfast was good though.

Breakfast shall be improved for example adding scrambled eggs.

We cannot thank the staff on reception enough for their kindness and help. We had broken down on a bank holiday and the receptionist helped us sort everything to be back on the road the very next day.

Good hotel with a parking garage for my motorbike. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The area is not so really good, but i surely will come back.
