The room was very spacious - it was nice having a split between the bedroom and living space. The bed was also very comfy! The breakfast in particular was phenomenal, we were spoiled for choice and, above all, it was very tasty. The woman who helps with coffee was really lovely and accommodating, as were the receptionists.

The control panel for the Air Conditioning in our room was damaged, so we weren’t able to control the temperature. Fortunately, it wasn’t too hot. An extra pillow for each person would have been nice.

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they are also able to arrange a taxi between fiorenzuola trainstation to the hotel which is very good. The breakfast is also quite good with a variety of food to choose from and the resteraunt is very high quality with staff who can all understand and speak english. I definately would come here again.

The hotel is near the highway, so it is easy to reach. Piacenza is only a 15-minute drive by car. The hotel needs some necessary renovation but is clean. Using the elevator is scary because it vibrates a lot. The restaurant is not open every day, but there are several other restaurants nearby. Breakfast is sufficient, but you have to ask for coffee or tea.

Location, staff, cleanliness

Although bed coverings were quite ugly, but it is just a matter of style. One bed for children was a bit too short, but the description clearly says that it cannot fit 4 adults, but 2 adults and 2 children (but our 15 year old is 182 cm tall). There were only 2 sockets to recharge our mobile phones (4 phones). They could increase water pressure in the shower/bathtub, but even it was not perfect, it was ok.

Large room, a bit dated but everything worked and everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We were passing through and booked the hotel because of its proximity to the highway and because it has a restaurant attached.

The room was great. We booked it just 2 hrs before arrival and it was all set for us. Even the sofa bed was all ready for sleep. The staff was very helpful ,nice and polite. The bathroom had all what you need for your stay

The TV in my room was way too small for the size of the room. Probably my laptop screen is bigger.

This is a convenient place for anyone with a car wishing to visit Cremona, Piacenza or Parma. The hotel is conveniently located close to all three towns. The room we stayed was on the top floor with sky windows. the size of the room is decent, has an extra sofa for a kid, small refrigerator, table two chairs, TV with good selection of channels, bathroom with a jacuzzi.

The sky window was broken and the outside cover was stuck with the sun shinning into the room all day. That made the room very hot. in addition the A/C was incapable to cool the room even during the night. a few degrees cooler would have made sleeping more comfortable. WiFi was terrible slow. I clocked both up and downloads at below 1 MBS during morning hours. That improved to 11/15 MBS up/download for the evening.

Perfectly located, great staff, parking available for car and food in the restaurant, just amazing!

Last minute booking while travelling through Italy. The receptionist was very attentive and friendly although it was clear that she wasn't aware of us having only booked an hour before. The room was a great size and comfortable, the only criticism of the whole trip being the effectiveness of the air conditioning. Breakfast was good. Al in all, very happy with our short notice stay.
