The hostess is a very lovely lady. She responded promptly to my messages and kindly waited for me to check-in at 11.30 am (the room was ready and I did not have to wait till 14.30). I liked the tea kettle in my room, it is great to have a cup of tea after a long travel. The room was very warm to sleep (late November), the bathroom was also very warm. The breakfast time is flexible, which is also very convenient for early check-outs. The landlady did not forget to ask about allergies and prepared the breakfast taking into consideration this information.

Great location, easy 10 min walk to historic centre, 3 mins to bus stops for many destinations. Very quiet accommodation with spacious room; easy access; great variety for breakfast; very comfortable bed; aircon AND ceiling fans (yaay) excellent wifi and delightful hosts who offer helpful tips and recommendations for the area.

Marina, the host, was wonderful, patient, kind, helpful and very good company for a chat and coffee. The room is big, comfortable, modern and very clean with a big bathroom. There is free coffee available and breakfast was wonderful. Apartment is also very central and 5 mins walk to centre but also quiet. Thanks for a lovely time and great hospitality.

Attention to detail. A home from home. Modern. The hostess was extremely attentive and helpful considering we did not know our way around the city and she went the extra mile to help my daughter who was moving to Piacenza to further her studies.
