The cottage was comfortable and cosy. Easy location near the airport and easy to find. We only stayed 1 night so didn't really use all the amenities like the kitchen but it looked well stocked. We were grateful that they accepted 1 night stays as many places didn't. Host so lovely and very helpful. They even provide a phone to use!

Nothing really. The only thing is the sofa bed mattress quite thin so you can feel the frame but that's a feature of sofa beds rather than any issue with the accommodation.

The location was perfect, the accommodation very comfortable and just the right size for two people. Opposite the airport, it was reached in under a minute. Being close to the airport wasn't a problem, since there are only 2-4 takeoffs/landings per day (and none on Mondays). Everything was provided for a comfortable stay.

We can't think of anything that would have been better.

Very well-appointed Cabins. The grounds and surround were kept in a pristine condition and were very quiet. Jackie and Peter, our hosts, could not have been more accommodating for any request. The BBQ area was a great gathering location and was well stocked everything that was required for afternoon happy hour or a BBQ.

Jackie and Peter were very helpful and accommodating, including giving access to their fruit trees and vege garden. Poinciana has everything you need to be self sufficient, a great BBQ area, car hire already sorted, all appliance and device instruction manuals, a clear waste sorting and recycling system, and an island orientation tour organised for the first day. Lots of added extras available to enjoy the beach and many outdoor spaces, such as access to snorkeling gear, beach towels, esky, ice bricks, umbrella and other picnic necessities.

Wonderful outlook, excellent location and Cottage outfitted with everything you would need. Beautiful gardens and within walking distance of Restaurants, club etc.

I know it's hard to please everybody, low lounges are difficult for older people to get out of (but certainly didn't spoil the holiday).

Jackie was there to greet us and explain everything. Plus recommendations for shopping/meals. The free Island orientation tour the next morning an unexpected bonus. Nice quiet location by the airport. Two great restaurants within easy walking distance. Everything you needed was in the cottage. The included rental car meant we could drive around the island as we wanted.

What is there not to like about Poinciana? the location is great, the cottage is well appointed, comfy and had everything I needed (including extra blankets for an unexpected cold night). The gardens and surrounds are tranquil and peaceful. The hosts welcoming and generous. I'd highly recommend these cottages

Nothing - they got it just right

Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable, with pleasant facilities and furnishings. Lovely private deck also BBQ facilities available. Hosts Jackie and Peter very friendly and helpful.

Would have liked harder pillow

Very clean, well located, lovely view, perfectly equipped, good WiFi and well designed.

We loved it, but if you are expecting marble bathrooms then this accommodation (and probably the whole of Norfolk Island) is not for you!
