The room is really large and the bed was super comfortable! The hosts made sure we had a nice breakfast even though we had a very early morning. Quiet in the evenings, although you can hear a bit of noise from the neighbours (and there was some daytime renovation sounds during the week).

Check in was difficult; we turned up to the apartment and no one was there. Make sure you communicate with the host about your arrival time, because he will likely not message you first. The same thing happened to other travellers who arrived after us. Ps Antonio only speaks Italian, so you will need some basic Italian or Google translate. Also, there is no electric kettle in the room, but there is a small fridge.

Great location in the historic center of Caserta. Really great value for a nice comfortable room. Good Italian breakfast across the street at the café was included for us.

Unless you speak, Italian, it was difficult to communicate. We had difficulty figuring out how to check in. Luckily other guests let us in building and told us how to contact the owner. The most important piece of information missing, was to use WhatsApp with the phone number listed to check in and communicate, and have Italian downloaded on Google translate.

The property was clean, easy to find, and we received amazing service from Antonello and Maria Paula. They helped us locate the room, they gave us a tour of the town, and included breakfast from the restaurant across the street. The room was beautiful with a mural on the ceiling with so much space. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The location of the property is phenomenal. You can walk to any location you could possibly need and it is located very close to the Royal Palace.

Absolutely NOTHING

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Borboni. Our room was spacious and well located. The onsite parking was very convenient and the hosts were kind enough to let us leave our car there until the afternoon so we could go to visit the Regia after we checked out. We loved breakfast at a great caffè across the street where they make pastries unique to Caserta. Host Mariapaola kindly offered us extra pastries and coffee and even gave us lunch to take to the Regia, which was very generous of her. Overall a great base for visiting Caserta and the surrounding area. Grazie!

Nice mini-hotel located in the center of Caserta. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the linens and towels fresh. Breakfast was served in a bar on the opposite side of the street and consists of coffee and a bun or croissant. The apartment is located in the ZTL zone, but Antonio kindly completed all the formalities for us and drove our car to the parking lot himself (parking costs 30 euros for 2 days - quite acceptable for the city center) and then returned it before our departure.

Tickets for the Royal Palace should be booked far in advance through the web. We didn't do that and all tickets were already sold when we came to the ticket office.

Good stay, clean and very nice room. Great location in center of town. Very friendly host!! I would stay again if traveling for business or to visit downtown Caserta.

"breakfast" was only available down the street at a cafe that was affiliated with the B&B. It was only coffee, water, and a sweet pastry; "full" breakfast was not available. Also, the cafe only opens at 0700, so if you have an early start, there is nothing available.

Very clean and nice place it was in the middle of the city center 10-15min to the train station which was amazing the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning helped a lot with the hot weather we started our honeymoon in caserta and the place helped a lot feeling good about the start of it special thanks to Antonello and merrythat was nice to give us instructions about our next destinations

The Room is absolutely beautiful with all the art design on the ceiling is amazing. The place is centrally located very easy to walk around to the main shopping area and restaurants and 7 mins walk to the castle and metro station. The breakfast is not in the B&B but they will ask you to go to the bar just across the street but you will not regret, You must take the fresh hot cook croissant with cream is for the win and the cappucino. If you order more you have to pay 😅. The care taker is a bit look serious but his kind.

The bed and pillow is not that comfortable. The bed cover not that clean a bit itchy.

Very spacious accommodation. Good location, only a short walk to the Reggia and the railway station. I didn't eat breakfast, but the bar where it is served does good espressos and grappa. My arrival was delayed by more than four hours because of the earthquakes in Napoli. Antonello kept in touch and kindly came out in the early hours of the morning when I finally arrived. I would stay again.

Slight smell of drains which soon dissipated.

The host who was very pleasant and showed us to our room which was on the main road of Caserta and in the heart of all the shops, restaurants and cafes. The train was about 15 minutes walk. We were shown the cafe were we could go and have our breakfast each morning and the staff were very pleasant. The Caserta Palazzo was extraordinary and worth a visit. The Wifi was a bit unstable st times.

Although we found the building we needed to contact the host when we arrived as we hadn’t received any details of how to access the property.
