We appreciated that the AC in our room worked exceptionally well, keeping it cool at all times. The beds were very comfortable. The shower's water temperature was perfect for us, as we preferred cold showers. The location was convenient, and the price was affordable for our two-night stay.

It wasn't so much that we disliked the property, but rather that certain aspects didn't work for us, though they weren't major issues. We were given an internet access code, but it didn’t work. We couldn't connect to the internet. Additionally, we tried turning on the TV for our daughter, but we couldn’t find any working channels. Our room was on the bottom level, and the hallway outside was always lit. Unfortunately, the bedroom window faced the hallway, causing light to reflect into our room. This wasn't a problem in itself, but it meant our daughter couldn't sleep there due to the light, so we all ended up sharing one bed, making the space quite tight. We also didn’t spend much time in our room, so again not major issues for us.

Everything was great. The hotel room was bigger than expected, it was clean and well equipped. The A/C worked great. The hotel receptionist, Fernanda Soto Barrera, was available to help us at all times and was very efficient when we needed something extra for our room. She made herself available day and night. The pool was clean and the facilities were spotless. This Hotel makes Puerto Peñasco look good. Thanks to all of you. Until the next time! The Landino's

This is a newer structure and is clean. The safe parking was a huge bonus and precisely what was needed when traveling with a rental vehicle.

The location/neighborhood could be improved but this is not the proprietor's fault. The builders did not extend the drain waste vent line to the highest point of the structure. This is a cheap fix and the quest would not have smell sewer gas when on the deck.

It looks brand new and clean with a mini fridge/refrigerator, a microwave, and queen beds in different rooms (good for privacy). The beds are very comfortable. The TV is in a different room but only has a few English channels. Clean bath. The pool is clean. Walkable to the beach.

No breakfast. Was not able to get hot water in the shower but the lukewarm was fine with me. Short staffed was not able to contact maid when needed.

Amazing stay hotel is literally in the middle of everything! Super comfortable, clean and nice space! Love that there was private parking and a pool super modern look. Fernanda was super sweet and friendly. We have definitely found our new stay for our next trips.

Only a few blocks from the beach and Calle 13. Perfect for our big group of 12 (3 rooms). Fernanda was amazing, she was super friendly, attentive, and overall, what made our stay amazing. Will definitely return.

Parking was a little tight but still manageable

For it being a new place and growing this is a great place to stay stayed here 2 times now and 3 more family couples stayed here we all loved it in the center of everything we need!!!

Can say that I didn’t like anything.

I like the fact that the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, better than most hotels I have stayed in the area. The pool is nice and clean. They have places to grill. The personnel were exceptionally good. Muy amables... I will definitely go back and genuinely recomed it.

I loved everything

Such a clean and quiet place. We enjoyed every aspect. The suite was a great price and size.

It looked like it wasn’t mopped. There were stains on the floors inside. There were no big trash cans inside. Just very small ones.

It was in downtown and close to the malecón. We were able to swim and enjoy the pool and grill.

I liked the property. Still under construction.
