Location to beach, the balcony looking out at the ocean, gym, coffee shop and pool. Condo had cute decor, clean except floors, balcony with good furniture, washer and dryer, mattress comfortable, kitchen supplies, BBQs were nice. Security guard at gate very helpful when we arrived.

Desk staff not very friendly. The floor looked clean but it was dirty, my feet were black after walking around inside the condo barefoot day 1. No handheld shower head attachment in either bathroom. You get 1 dishwasher pod, 1 washing machine pod, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 paper towel per stay so you have to buy all those supplies. You can’t walk anywhere safely bc there’s nowhere to cross the main road nor sidewalks and stores are too far.

The size and location were PERFECT. Absolutely a place we want to try and do annually. And the room we got on the first floor was the best possible location for the events tagged to our stay, loved the easy access to the parking, the beach, and facilities!

The master bed felt unlevel and lower at the head, but mainly only affected me and not the wife. It did wake me up, though, and made me feel very nauseated and throat aching. Was able to fix it by propping pillows, just had to remember to do so each time and was fine.

The apartment was impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything one could need. The kitchen, in particular, was well-stocked and ready for any culinary adventure. Costumer service was great. AC and oven went out but they came and repaired it almost immediately.

Despite being advertised as on the first floor, there was still a flight of stairs to navigate, which was challenging with our numerous bags and luggage, especially since trolleys were not permitted. Additionally, the water pump near the main bedroom was quite noisy throughout the night. On the beach, large umbrellas or tents are not allowed at the front and must be set up behind a designated flag, which is quite far from the water. I had called ahead for information but couldn't get a clear answer, which ended up being disappointing for us.

The condo was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and very well decorated. We sat on the balcony for morning coffee. In the evening we could hear the waves hitting the shore. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. I highly recommend!!!

My sister and I had to carry all of our luggage up/down about 10 steps to get to/from our room. It would have been nice if they had an elevator, or someone to help with luggage.

The condo was SO spacious and sparkling clean! The complex is well lit, and security is present constantly. I felt both personally safe and safe that my vehicle would not be broken into! The condo owner was accessible and helpful. All complex staff was helpful and friendly. The beach views (even from the first floor) were AMAZING! Beach access was supreme! A short walk down a pier and you were beachside. The amenities at the complex were clean, inviting, and very useful. The beach was clean and safe, even though the complex was near capacity. The mattresses were so comfortable! I slept really, really well!!! The location is great, as well! Several restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions are within two miles. Delivery is available from local restaurants. There is lots of all kinds of shopping nearby, as well!

Some of the fees (such as a cleaning fee) were a bit exorbitant, BUT, (as in the case of the cleaning fee) if I can enjoy my vacation and just leave only having to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and throw trash bags down a chute, it's well worth the price. The unit was very clean... it appears to be professionally cleaned between uses. I'd gladly pay the fee to enjoy packing up and leaving so easily. I do, however, wish a listing of fees with their monetaty amounts were stated earlier in the booking process. I had a bit of sticker shock at the last stage when all amounts were listed. Again,.glad to pay them, it was just a little shocking at the last stage of booking.

It was a very nice family getaway. We really liked the condo, and we really enjoyed eating while just watching the ocean. We would definitely visit again!😊

It wasn't much that we didn't like; we just wish we could have gotten a higher floor.

Suggestion- put room darkening curtains in the front bedroom by the front door since breezeway lights stay on at night.

2nd Floor it was great.

I pay $1,845.00 for this unit and my cousin pay $685 for the same days in different unit

Location and accessibility was incredible, up one flight of stairs and you're at your room. The room was gorgeous and roomy. Great for a couple or small family. Decorated beautifully. Access to the beach was incredible. Would definitely stay again. The security was friendly and helpful

This place was exactly as advertised. Location was very central to everything. 10 out of 10 would book again in the future.
