The location of the hotel was easily reachable by bus. There is a bus stop, bakery, cafe and bar just within walking distance from the hotel. They provided a south tyrol travel pass, which was convenient for free access on public transport, museums, gondolas etc during the period of the stay. There were local events such as music concerts, beer stalls, food stalls etc, and I could see it directly from the balcony of my room, which was great!

No one was at the reception when I arrived, had to wait a little while for someone to show up. Since it was during summer, the room had quite many flies in the room and was quite annoying, especially at night during sleep.

It was very convenient in many aspects such as we were provided with Guest Pass which gives mamy advantages such as free accesses to the museums that we wanted to visit. We saved 45 euros in total. The gentleman at the reception was also very nice and kind, answered all of our questions. The lady preparing the breakfast was very nice as well. Thank for everything, we had such a pleasant experience.

Nice and clean rooms and the staff was helpful and nice. If you have a car, their carage system was perfect, although (naturally) quite tight squeeze. :)

Breakfast was okay, but mostly consisted of baked goods, and gluten free options were quite limited. Everything I had was tasty, though.

A nice place, superb location but most striking the incredibly attentive staff/owner. Perfect ratio of helping out/tending for my needs/giving space. I had way more breakfast than I usually do. I wish I had more time to enjoy the faboulous Gin and Tonics though.

Clean, spacious, very kind, warm and helpful hosts, great position very near the ski bus (just across the street, only 2 bus stops from the Olang ski lift, absolutely amazing breakfast with many choices, closeness to big, beautiful meadows, ideal for long doggy walks, beautiful view…. Everything was absolutely amazing!

When they say "am park" you are really in the main city park - my big room terrace was looking towards the lovely and quiet central park. In the morning you see the sun for a successful start of the day. Breakfast was classic rich with whatever you want and it was served from 7:30. You have access to the underground closed garage for free, which was perfect because I arrived with my motorcycle after a rainy day and needed a place for it to be at the dry spot overnight.

Very nice, good location and easy to reach. There’s a bus station nearby. The reception guy is great, he was super helpful and gave me lots of tips for transportation. After doing a hut-to-hut I had a good night sleep over here :)

Breakfast is poor and they only refill when it’s completely gone. When we arrive one of the staff didn’t speak English at all so we couldn’t really ask anything.

This is a true boutique hotel, located in the center of a charming town, with ample parking (including underground parking). The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a modern style, with elements of the local culture. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a sizeable bathroom, and a balcony. Breakfasts were delicious. Bonus points for the selection of loose leaf tea! There's a possibility to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and sample from the huge wine selection. For skiers, a (free) ski bus stop is just steps away. It's less than a 10-minute drive to the Olang lifts on Kronplatz.

Very friendly familly run Hotel with great location, underground parking, ski-room and bar. Very tasty continental Breakfast takes place early enough, that you can just catch the first cable cars in the morning.
