The ceilings in the 2nd floor rooms were high and had chandilers, so the room felt very spacious. I love that rooms can be connected thru a door, so it's great for families needing multiple rooms together. The breakfast was fulfilling and had good options. The big hot tub/pool was the best and the arcade was great too.

The sink in the rooms were way too high for kids and short people. I'm 5ft tall and struggled with brushing my teeth. Bathrooms were too tight, especially when the door opens inward towards the toilet. Very hard for plus size or large people to navigate through. Also didn't like that there were no sink for hand washing after using the bathroom, as the sinks were out in the entrance way. Lots of sanitizing that we had to do with the bathroom door knobs after each use.

The recently remodeled the rooms and it was a great improvement. The mattresses were like new and perfect. The room has a nice rustic "up north" feel. They recoated the bathtubs which turned out really nice. All new plumbing fixtures and granite countertops. Nice large TV screen. Very clean. They have a really nice breakfast and the coffee seemed to be available 24/7 and tasted good. They start serving at 6 am but I was down there shortly after 5 am and it was all ready to go. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The price was the cheapest in the area and this is probably the nicest place in the area from what I could tell. Definitely recommend.

Room was as described and pictures were accurate. Wifi was strong and fast. Super great. The water park and arcade were winners with the kids. Very close to town and an easy drive to everything we wanted to hit. Any restaurants that deliver will deliver here. A/C was an older unit so the wind was a little noisy, but it could freeze you out of the room if you wanted it too. It was not too loud to be bothersome.

The breakfast was lacking for a continental breakfast. Food ran out quickly and was replaced slowly. Our bathroom had a light out making it almost impossible to see. It was never fixed during our stay.

The pool, arcade, breakfast, and room were great. I love that you have a infant toddler pool area that has a couple fun attractions in it. The depth of it is great too. The arcade room is a fun extra getaway for family to interact with one another. The breakfast nook has fresh and multiple options which makes for everyone to enjoy. The rooms have the extra pull out which makes it easier to have more sleep space.

I wish the rooms had a rocker for parents to rock infants to sleep more comfortably.

The newly remodeled rooms are clean and comfortable. New mattress provides for an exceptional rest. The water pressure could have been better and the water in shower hotter, all else was excellent for the Room rates.

Wild kids running up and down the halls very early in Moring (5:00) people smoke on balcony and it goes up into upper rooms if screen door is open, there should be a NON smoker section. Also the noise level form all of the Kids, various hours was terrible, but it was a holiday week end. The BAR AND RESTAURANT IS CLOSED SUN< MON< TUE . It would be nice to have the bar open at least 7 days a week for their guests.

The hotel was very clean, had so many amenities, and was close to downtoen Mniocqua. The Waterpark was fantastic, even for adults. The outdoor hot tub was the highlight of our stay. The staff was all so nice, The beds were super comfy with lots of pillows too!

The one and only thing that was only very slightly disappointing was the breakfast options. The only protein option was hard-boiled eggs. Everything else was just carb loaded... muffins, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal. I DID enjoy Starbucks though.

We traveled to the Northwoods and wanted a cabin resort feel. We didn't know there was a waterpark as well which included a very nice indoor/outdoor jacuzzi. That was bonus. The cabin resort is beautiful. We would definitely come back.

Because it was slow time, the restaurant was not open Sunday through Tuesday. This didn't matter to us because we wanted to experience local restaurants especially ones on the trails. But if you were expecting to eat on grounds, this is something to ask if the beginning of the week tthey are open. This probably changes during busy season.

Have always loved the facilities. With friendly and courteous staff, I look forward to my stays every year!

I tried for the first time to request extra coffee in the room on arrival. This didn't happen, but no worries. I ended up not drinking much coffee, and I could have requested more with the front desk if needed. Times have been tough. Keep providing your great amenities, and I love staying at the Waters of Minocqua!!

Convenient to our event. Easy to find. Staff was friendly.

It was perfectly fine. Nothing special for an overnight. Checking on our reservation was a little cumbersome and we ended up booking with a third party site just to be certain we had a room and it was at a lower price than the reservation made directly with the hotel. Can’t comment on much other than it was sufficient for a night’s stay. Might be more fun for families who would use the water park and more amenities.

The room was clean the beds were very comfortable.Enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and water slides. Nice variety for breakfast. The older man that checked us in was super nice felt very welcomed.Only one complaint and that would be the restaurant under staffed and food was not good. Other than that we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!!

The restaurant dry food took a while to get food but waitress was nice. It looked like one bartender and one waitress who was cooking and running tables. Chairs are a bit wobbly. If this place has great food I bet it would do really great.
