This hotel was clean, room was very comfortable, the bed was amazing. I slept really well. There was a breakfast with eggs and sausage among the usual cereal etc... The property is nice with a bike trail and rentals. Nice selection of Merch. I will definitely stay here again. Lori Aug 4, 2024

The only thing was could use salt pepper and syrup with breakfast. Maybe invest in a small waffle maker, I think it would be used. Also, I understand we are up North, but a secure internet connection would be beneficial.

The free breakfast, access to an indoor pool and hot tub, proximity to a paved bike path as well as the weekly flea market

We stayed in one of the pet-friendly rooms but did not have a pet and the room smelled like wet dog. They were accommodating with spraying air freshener but we limited our time in the room due to the smell.

Absolutely gorgeous north woods feel! The staff was all very nice, Love that the hot tub / pool is open later than other local hotels but wish it was until 11-11:30 as we didn’t get back until about 10pm so didn’t have as much time in there.

Breakfast options were always the same, would have liked to have a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, etc. but LOVED that the room had its own microwave! The TV’s are all Roku TV’s but they aren’t connected to internet- wish we could have signed into our Roku and watched our shows and movies

The location was great, with great access to many areas. Staff was friendly. Good services and good breakfast. Pool and patio were very good.

There were, and still are, issues with booking. I prepaid thru a 3rd party. When I arrived, the staff took my credit card and ran it again, which I thought was for incidentals. At this time, I have been double charged for two nights stay. Hopefully, one of the charges will drop off. Only other thing is that the room was a little humid. The air conditioning did not eliminate the humidity in the room. But other than these two items, all else was great and would stay again.

Breakfast was usually scrambled eggs and sausage links. Simple but good. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. We particularly liked Fibbers restaurant located a few miles from the lodge.

All was good.

Best breakfast was Monday with real eggs and fresh sweet rolls. Like the size of room, plenty of towels and bed was comfortable. Were able to regulate heat and door gave access to fresh air. Coffee was GREAT! Hot tub snd pool very clean, reception area was very friendly with treats.

Need more light, unable to read in bed, no side table on "Other side" for water, phone etc. Would have liked to have someone make the bed and clean the bathroom on daily basis.

Nice lobby, spacious room, free laundry was convenient. Good selection of TV stations.

Room needs better lighting, difficult to read/work at desk and center of the room where chair and sofa were located. Limited breakfast choices, quality not as good as similar motels I stay in, @15-20 nights per year.

Rooms clean and good plumbing, plenty of space, far enough off of road to be quiet. Bike path connects to parking lot. Towels softer than most hotels.

For reading a map, or other small print, lighting in portions of the room was too dim; space along counter was well lit. Reading lite on bed also worked well.

Clean and warm and inviting Rooms have been updated in decor from last years stay and brought a smile to our faces with the addition of a 4seat table including a deck of cards and dice cup Staff is always friendly and accommodating

Loved everything but if we had a wish it would be a salt water pool vs chlorine

Breakfast was excellent! Room spacious and clean. Cozy, warm atmosphere. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location next to fantastic bike trail. And as we came to the area to bike, this was a bonus!

Hairdryer poor. Very small and took a long time to dry hair. Understaffed. Had to look for person to check us in. But once found, she was very friendly and efficient. I think lack of staff is a common problem in northern Wisconsin.
