Everything, from the start to finish, it was an amazing experience. When arrived - our room was upgraded to a design building at no extra charge, while booking I had no idea the hotel has three buildings. The area is surrounded by pine trees, and the way the whole area is designed is to reflect the beauty of nature. The wellness zone is something for everyone to experience- designed to perfection for the guests to enjoy. And cherry on top was the session with a sauna master - pirtininkas, he really knew his stuff and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to all staff at the hotel , for doing their part. P.S since it was my husband’s birthday the next day - the hotel gifted us with a bottle of sparkling wine 😄 and i must say it was a Good quality one.

- spa has mineral water pool (extracted) - spa has a wonderful banya outside with a cold water pool (except for the standard hamam, finnish sauna and etc inside) - breakfast is outstanding: abundant, quality food with fresh juice options, green smoothies - variety is amazing

we liked everything, but the following can be disappointing for those not prepared: - in the DESIGN building the floor in rooms is tilted (for those who suffer from vertigo this can be a problem); - spa is in DESIGN building, breakfast is in another building (for those who expect to go to Spa in winter from the other building it might be not comfortable, as you can’t come in a simple bathrobe)

State of the room. Looked a little run down for a 5 star hotel. Also, the Spa area needs renovating. Rust is shown everywhere.

This was our 3rd stay in the hotel but the first in the Life Balance building. The 7 degree slope of the floors made for an interesting sensorial experience - don't worry the beds lie flat ;-). The breakfast was great.

I think I already rated the restaurant in a previous comment a couple of years ago. The food is good but not exceptional. There was a miscommunication on the food order which meant I received (and accepted) a meat order invoiced at 58 EUR while I had ordered a burger for 22 EUR. Once the plate was made I thought it would be a pity to throw it away. I would have expected a gesture, e.g. split the difference at 40 EUR. Anyway, live and learn...

Good location, service and food. Really nice pool area.

To reach the pool you have to go out and walk to the other building (not so comfy when it’s cold outside). Parking costs additional 20 Euros.

The hotel keeps its standards and has perfect atmosphere within its premises alongside with professional personnel in all the areas. It is placed perfectly to fit all the needs - walking, restaurants and nature.

The main area of restaurant was closed for maintenance works, while the hotel has found a solution, it was not too cozy seeing the works from the entrance. We were not able to manage temperature of the room with the help of internal Smart House system. Having this in mind, it was a bit hot inside and we had to open the window during the night...

Great location, just 5 min walk from the beach and Palangos Bridge (Main Street). Hotel very modern, clean, swimming pool area lovely, lots of different saunas. Outside sauna experience was so nice! I had massage which was also very nice. Staff super friendly and helpful! Good wine list, amazing breakfast. Dinner was the only thing which wasn’t great, but overall everything was perfect. Definitely the best spa hotel in Palanga. Will be back!

Facilities and SPA were great, reception staff was friendly and attentive! The room was great too - clean and cozy.

The staff working during breakfast was extremely rude. They were literally throwing cutlery on our table, almost spilled a tea on my friend and were rolling eyes on any request or question we asked. It made us feel very uncomfortable. You wouldn't expect this type of service in 5* hotel. Food wise - breakfast exceeded expectations!

Everthing was great, the food, the staff, but when we ordered from booking.com, A place, it was very small so we had to change it to a bigger room, because 4 people couldn’t fit in there. The second place was so great and the view was awesome. The best thing was spa, we got some privacy, there and there were not much people staying in here at week days. But what we didn’t like was, how much it was expensive!

Value for money, I hope the price’s go down in a future.

The breakfast was awesome. Even better then we had when we stayed here four years ago. Highly recommend. The SPA is also great here. On top of general SPA zone access, which is perfect as always we also booked massage for the whole family. It was very gentle but strong at the same time.

In general, the hotel may already need some minor refreshment. There were cracks in the bathroom sink, one button in bathtub in SPA area was not working, roman pool was closed. But all these problems don't even worth mentioning. It is still the same good old Palanga SPA - the best SPA hotel in all the Lithuania, or maybe even on the whole Baltic coast.
