The Marina Inn was so welcoming and friendly. The entrance area seating area was decorated so beautifully. We received restaurant recommendations. The room was exactly like the images on Booking.com. No misleading, Photoshopped images. We forgot an electric shaver charger base at the Inn. We were so impressed how they contacted us and shipped the item back to us. Thanks for your help Stephanie! We were impressed that they contacted us prior to our checking in to confirm the credit that I used. (Reservation was in my name, but I used a credit in my husband's name). The Inn was so quiet. I usually don't sleep well in hotels/motels because of noise. The room was a comfortable temperature all night long. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be staying at the Marina Inn again and again.

Was immediately greeting by a kind thoughtful front desk person name Stephanie, whom helped make our stay extra lovely!! Was impressed right away with the bright clean lobby and the room did not disappoint, was extra grateful to be on a upper floor facing the back as I don’t do well with air conditioning… The beds and bedding with loads of pillows was lovely, clean thoughtful rooms to details and needs, and friendly helpful staff, so important when you are away from home, the included breakfast options were amazing too Grateful for our Stay!! Thankyou again Stephanie and your team for making us feel immediately at home so we could fully enjoy the Wedding We were attending!!

So clean and well maintained. Very responsive staff. I cannot think of anything that could have been improved. This is a small non chain lodging. There is no bar or restaurant on site or swimming pool. There are restaurants nearby. If you are looking fora safe, clean, quiet, well maintained hotel with a decent complimentary breakfast and comfortable bed and shower/bath, at a reasonable price, this fits the bill.

There are a few metal tables and chairs outdoor, would have enjoyed a comfortable outdoor area for sitting and relaxing.

Breakfast had good choices for up and out quickly. Choices were frequently replenished. Everything was very clean and neat. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The ever present cookies were a very nice touch. The beds were SO comfortable. We were able to check in a little early so we were able to locate our route to the island ferry before dinner.

The breakfast was diverse, including bagles, sweet rolls, multiple cereals, eggs, yogerts, endless coffee, fruit, muffins, etc. The mattresses are extremely comfortable. But far and away above everything else we liked about the Marina Inn is their staff. Kathy, the manager, has done an excellent job of finding helpful, intelligent, and friendly people to assist her customers. I especially want to call out Ariana, and Blayten. And our cudos to Kathy for having such a good repor with her staff.

The room was very clean even the little ledge on the top of the trim around the room was clean and free of dust. The pack and play even smelled clean. They have chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.

The heating/cooling unit was loud and smelly. 2 adults 2 children and a toddler (slept in the pack and play) should have been able to stay in one room. Having to have 2 made it difficult and expensive.The breakfast left a bit to be desired, normally continental breakfast would have something warm to choose from, this one (other than eggs and bagels) did not.

The location was convenient. The decor throughout was done thoughtfully and with nice toiches. They made freshly baked cookies, and the breakfast in the morning was well organized and put together well. Their color changing fireplace was a nice touch!

I suppose the only challenge they had was that they don't have an elevator. They only have two floors, and it was not that bad going up and down. I suppose that is why it was rated a 2-star hotel. From what I noticed, that was the only flaw.

The staff were very friendly and personable . The breakfast provided plenty of choices and included all the basics cereal oatmeal yogurt hard boiled eggs toast and bagels. It was really quite good

There isn’t an elevator so we requested a first floor room. You could hear the person in the room above walking and the water from the shower. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. Pretty spendy for a basic room but less than 15 mins from ferry so convenient for our trip to the San Juan islands

The room was nice and clean.. My wife loved the shower. The breakfast was your standard continental - cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, etc. The loaction was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants and shops.

We did not like the plastic hotel room keys. Was told at check in, it would cost $85 to replace them if they broken. They can be very fiddly, so do be careful. The TV had Smart capabilities, and could have connected to Youtube and other services, but only cable TV was available, which was disappointing. Lastly, the "automated" light on the ceiling went of randomly during our first night, and we found ourselves woken at 5am, by the light - not a great start to the day. Everything was fine on the second night after the move to another room.

Clean, bright, attractive inn throughout. Good a/c. Even had a luggage trolley - which was very useful as we were packing up the rental car after several weeks travelling. Good location and even sea views at the end of the drive - downhill to the coast. Light continental breakfast available. Near restaurants. We ate at the seafood one next door and which we recommend - several tasty chowders etc. We visited Cap Santé for a lovely sunset and incredible views, and also saw Columbian Black Tailed Deer in that neighbourhood.

Well planned room but could have been more spacious. Would have liked some less stuffed pillows. Not the cheapest but a busy area.
