The value for price is one of the best in the area. As far as I know, the only other place with any sort of kitchen facilities is far more expensive. While small, the kitchen is more than is usually provided in most hotel rooms in this price range. The location is two blocks from the main commercial street in Anacortes, and there are a number of places to eat within an easy walking distance. The nearest local bus stop is two blocks away, with an airporter bus stop about 10 blocks south. Everything was clean and relatively comfortable.

It is important for travelers from outside the northwest to understand that many hotels in this region do not have air conditioning. This includes this facility. On a hot August day, this may be uncomfortable for some that aren't used to this. I found it cooled down well at night, but some may not find this suitable for their stay, if they come during the hot season.

The place was incredibly clean, and the linens were clean and new. The towels were a lot thicker than the ones you normally get in a budget motel. The hot water in the shower came on instantly. And the front desk staff was very kind.

Unfortunately, the parking lot is too small for the number of rooms available. I had to park in the back. I was a little apprehensive at first, but I was told that they had security cameras on the alley area, and they could see them from their rooms. The area was well lit. There was a walkway between the two wings that gave me a quick path to the front of the motel from my car. Also, the desk staff said that all the locals knew that they had security cameras, so that gave them extra confidence in the safety of the area.

We stayed at the guest house, which we really appreciated. It is on a quiet side street. It's not quite completely set up yet but once it is I think it will be a good place to stay. There is a full kitchen in the house which guests can use.

It was a somewhat odd room though for a short overnight stay it was ok. It would be good to have a headboard for the bed; there wasn't really anywhere else to comfortably read.

The rooms are apartment like in nature as they are fully equipped as well as super clean! Absolute pleasure!!!!

Only thing to improve upon is the parking area. Its a small parking area so careful you must be. I wasn't comfortable after a few ins and outs so I parked across the street for the night. Other than that these apartment style rooms can not be beat for the super price!!!!

I actually, I had already filled out a review shortly after returning home. But I don’t mind leaving another one. Everything was excellent from the minute I arrived. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they were very quick at having our room ready. The room itself was wonderful. It had two separate beds With fans running, as it was hot that day. I would definitely go there again. And I would recommend this to anyone that’s traveling up in that area. Great job!

This is a basic hotel but in a very good location. I like the room layout -- with the 2 beds separated by the bathroom and kitchen area. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Access to wifi was a constant struggle. Although they seem to have multiple wifi networks each connection lasts only a few minutes -- with just 1 or 2 bar connection speeds. If you need connectivity it's best to use your cellular plan.

The room was divided nicely with a kitchenette in between. Our son got his own room and so did we.

There could have been kitchen utilities and supplies for the kitchenette We were out of state travelers who used air travel to get to Washington and didn't have the usual kitchenette travel supplies. No biggie, we are very adaptable and had nice meals there anyway. There was a also decent refrigerator and microwave plus a decent coffee maker and coffee packs.

the price was the best reason to like this motel. The rooms could use some updating but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Couldn't hear the neighbors above or on either side at all. 2 blocks to the main part of downtown Anacortes. 3 blocks to a little beach park. The kitchenette was a nice bonus.

The rooms do need updating. There was no closet in our room but several small tables.

I made my reservation for the wrong day. The person at the desk canceled the wrong reservation at no charge and then rented me a nice room at the same rate. The room had 2 queens that were separated by the bathroom. That didn’t matter to me as a single traveler but if I actually had needed both beds that would have been a good feature that most 2-queen rooms do not have. BTW, the location is great. On a quiet street a block from old town Anacortes.

This was an impulse trip. Had very little with us. The place was very convenient, inexpensive, very clean, a bit classy, and had comfortable beds! Walking distance to lots of eating places and a Safeway (we used)The room has a full kitchenette which we used to make our dinner. Friendly check in. A very pleasant surprise.

Parking was a bit tricky and no ice machine.
