The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The suite was adequate.

The website said free parking, but at check-in, I was told parking was $7 a night. The front desk clerk was uniformative. She gave me my room and card key and said nothing else. The pool and jacuzzi are way too small for adults, but clean. The room only had a shower. I wanted a tub.

Beautiful hotel in a great part of town, across from the Del Norte Mall. Excellent breakfast and daily Happy Hour. Pet friendly.

Hot tub was down and the pool was closed during the last two days of our four-day stay. One of the two elevators also went out of service on the last day. Seems like there should be some consideration for that loss of amenities, but none was offered. In fact, the last day — with the fewest services — was the most expensive, by far.

Breakfast was top of the line. great menu and freshly made omelets. free complimentary drinks were a nice Suprise.

I was there for a funeral and needed to get a few pages printed and the clerk at the front desk could not or did not know how to print it off an email I sent to the front desk..

I did not like the renovations it was so much better before it used to be magical very sleek and beautiful. Now it’s not as unique, looks a bit dingy and I probably won’t say again. The happy hour was no where near as good as the old days. Such a shame. They also didn’t bother to upgrade us even though we missed one of our 5 nights there.

Nothing a cozy bed when your away from home. The cute halloween decor was a cute addition to the stay.

The fridge did not function nor the freezer. I wasn’t a fan of the continental breakfast, at least for the kids i would have liked the pancakes to be hot. (they weren’t warm)

The breakfast was excellent, the employees working there very helpful and attentive, the omelette station amazing, they make them to order, great experience

The restaurant bartenders are Mexicans and they’re racist to his own people , very bad customer service, they never went to our table to take our order, we had to get up and go to them to order dinner and drinks, while to others tables that did , very baaaaad service

I didn’t ate breakfast because you all close it early so I wanted to eat but at the time I got up from bed it was already close 🥺😪

The dinning was close the bar was close on a label day so I wanted to drink there but the lady who serve up the card for the room didn’t told us there was a happy hour until the morning some other person told us so that’s what I didn’t like there 😪

Everything about the property was great. The breakfast was amazing.

The shower did not have shampoo, shower gel or conditioner filled. When I asked in the morning for it to be refilled it didn’t get done. So I had to ask again late at night to have it refill so I could shower.

Beautiful hotel that is very well kept. It’s currently under renovation but they keep it very clean and organized for guests.

Considering outside temps are currently 109 degrees I won’t hold it against the hotel that the cold water was very warm . Also noticed a lot of dust on the sprinkler heads in the room as well as the corners of the ceilings.

The room was perfect for my family and I. Complimentary happy hour in the evening and then breakfast as well. It’s the small things that they offered that really impressed me and I’ll definitely book at this hotel again.
