Breakfast and location good. The bathroom was dirty and corners of our room. We supposedly had a queen suite it was a regular room with a pullout couch not any extra space . Also the staff only Shay was helpful others not they weren’t nice accomplices about my sons wheelchair

Not clean enough and ice maker didn’t work on our floor the trash was over flowing. The cleaner was gone so the manager was cleaning rooms and said they didn’t know if they could get to ours. Like really I’m paying $180 a night for what?! In the corners of the bathroom you could tell it’s not been properly mopped and behind toilet I guess no one cares but I do. It wasn’t cheap to stay there two nights annd for what? Dirty bathroom with pubic hairs all over on the floor Also I asked for lower level when I booked due to disability and wheelchair navigation issues and when I got here said couldn’t accommodate. I’m not unreasonable but That’s what you do! You’re in hospitality.

All of the staff was GREAT but Shay went out of her way for me & the Breakfast Lady was super sweet checking to see if I needed anything while dining...

There were several areas in the room overall that warranted more indepth cleaning. I know often times that Team is usually short staffed with the weight of cleaning the whole hotel falling on only a few people , but Management please give them the alloted time needed without restrictions to do their job or you're going to pay for it with less than stellar reviews.

From the moment you walk in you are treated with respect...it's like seeing an old friend...the staff is amazing Cyrus, Claudia, Shay, forgot the lady's name that checked us in and checked us out, forgot the breakfast lady's name from Saturday morning, housekeeping ladies and maintenance men every time they saw you they said Hi. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and well lit. Well worth it to stay here!

It was very clean. The staff was super nice. The hotel room looked like the pictures that were posted online. It was within a short distance to gas stations, restaurants, and shopping. Will definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

Joooyycce!! Was GREAT an so helpful with breakfast. The food was good and the coffee was hot! Joyce is very personable! She is an asset to your team. Because of her i will stay at this location when i'm in Louisville. The clerk who checked us in on Friday 6/16 at about 5 was very nice an accommodating. Also, very personable.

The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. The ice machine on 2nd floor did not work.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice, very well thought out. No bad odors, comfortable beds, shower had plenty of shelves for items, lighting was good. Breakfast was very good.

Small amount of mold on the caulking in shower and carpets needed shampooing.

Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, danish, selections of yogurt, waffles, etc. Milk, juices, and coffee. More than the cereal and danish put out by other properties.

Large stain on carpet in our room. The coffeemaker in our room also did not seem to operate. When I told the desk staff about our room upon leaving I received a well ok. The desk staff seemed uninterested in making the guest experience better, even if it was for the next guest.

Breakfast was wonderful. Many different options available. Staff was super friendly. Location was awesome. Lots of nice restaurants and businesses nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The only issue we had was not having enough towels. It took a whole 24 hours before we were able to get more towels.

room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, hotel was close to our work. we were very satisfied and will likely be staying again the next time we work in the area.

we would have like to have been able to walk to more food and entertainment options, but that really doesn't reflect on our opinion of the actual stay or hotel

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the blinds. They block out the light so u don't get the annoying security lights shining thru, Also the walk in shower was Fantastic! Breakfast was awesome.

Was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. One of the reasons I booked there
