Great place located within walking distance to local attractions. Our arrival was after staff had left but our third floor room exceeded expectations. The automated entrance worked as advertised. The lighted off street parking was great for our road trip. Had a pizza and beverage at The Garage, an actual converted former corner garage, it was excellent. We followed that up with a cocktail at Seven Cocktails both of which were a short walk away.

Limited after business hours communication for incidental questions.

The location is exceptional and the room is modern, clean & comfortable, and the contactless check-in is simple and efficient. I've stayed here several times and would return again. This is definitely one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in and I would definitely recommend it!

Parking! Although on-site parking is provided at no charge, the parking lot is monitored by a third party that may ticket you anyway. The property was responsive when this occurred, but it was an unfortunate hassle to deal with in an otherwise "perfect" accommodation.

The location was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 people (1 bed and a pullout sofa). We were within walking distance of several cool shops, restaurants and distilleries. The Carbon Monoxide detector was beeping when we arrived. Maintenance came and fixed it, but the fix only lasted a few hours. After the second time, another employee came and was able to resolve the issue for good. The trouble was it was very late at night. However, the company agreed to refund the night's costs - we are still working through that at the moment I write this, but discovered the holdup was actually Booking.com - so I'm amending my review accordingly. Based on the follow-up customer care from Claire (I think), I won't hesitate to book again, but this time I'll book direct.

The reviews regarding noise from the street are accurate, but due to the location and neighborhood, it should be expected.

10/10 Absolutely beautiful room and facilities. I had some difficulties with entry but the communication and assistance from the Hancock House was amazing and everything was sorted quickly and easily. 10/10 on great communication and very professional and polite. Easy to find, good parking and not far to walk downtown and access food and drinks.

Apartment was stunning and spacious. Very clean as well. Location was very convenient to activities. Definitely a great value.

A few things. Had issue with room code and had to get from hotel across street after I had unpacked car. Windows are way too thin. Had trouble sleeping due to street noise- traffic and people until 3am both nights. Even sound machine didn't drown it out. Also was not fond of restaurant staff lingering and smoking in back entry area. Made me feel uncomfortable coming up on one hiding in that area in the dark. I'd give my review a 10 if it wasn't for these reasons.

This place surprised me in a good way. It was nearby some great restaurants, distilleries, and a small convenience store. I would absolutely stay here again- it had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the decor, spaciousness, and numerous large windows.

It would've been nice if there were decaf coffee pods, but the stay was fabulous. This was just an afterthought.

The location was great- it was within a few blocks of multiple distilleries and great restaurants in nulu. The space was beautiful and it was nice to have room to spread out a bit with a separate bedroom and living area.

The location was perfect, room looked exactly like the pictures, the value is unmatched.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. We were honestly wondering if it was a box spring and not a mattress. We will stay again but pack a pad for the mattress.

Area just like as advertised. It was very clean. There was parking in the back. It was super close to all the places I needed to be.

The coffee maker didn't work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the containers in the shower. I called the number provided to report the problems to no avail. I didn't expect to have to go out to get coffee first thing in the morning.

We liked the privacy. The private parking. Bed, kitchen, Cable TV, Microwave, Sink and utensils. Bathroom was of good size and Shower was nice and big. Windows in the front room were large and let in a good amount of light. Having a kitchen/living room was a plus, made you feel like there was space to spare while staying there.

The electrical light over the bed had exposed wires, it seems the ceiling medallion fell down exposing the electrical box and everything within it. The Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner dispenser had fallen off the wall in the shower and was pretty much completely empty. Could have used a couple more pillows available. No plastic bags in any of the garbage bins.
