The woman that checked us into to the hotel was the sweetest most personable person. She was so inviting and smiling great energy, she knew the answers to what questions we ask and when she was unclear she got us an answer. I wish I could remember her name but I do remember she stated she was from Detroit. Her name I believe was Renee The bartender was amazing And the checkout staff was great all smiles and efficient

The cleaning staff in the morning was extremely loud sounded like they was dropping things and throwing things scared my husband and I out our sleep

Location was good, room was clean. Staff was friendly. Restaurant on site so you could eat when you wanted not by a certain time. The bed was also super comfortable and we were given the option to have the staff clean our room or not during our 3 day stay.

We could not connect to our Netflix or YouTube on the TV and the choices the hotel had were limited and not great. We travel for weekend trips a lot and this was the first hotel with out that option in ages. This is a big thing for us and could tip the scales on if we return.

The hotel was very modern, and it was in a great location to walk down to the Ohio River. Parking was convenient and easy. It’s in a great part of town, and it’s across from a delicious brunch restaurant- Wild Eggs. Had I not been traveling with my four-year-old, I would have explored Whiskey Row, which was also a short walk from the hotel. Next time!

We tried the two restaurants, and some of the food was not great. I enjoyed my entrees- the veggie wrap (a little greasy but good) and French toast. My husband did not- the veggie burgers were way overdone, and the omelette was very greasy.

We were there to attend Thunder and it was a perfect location. The room was super clean. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’d ever slept on. Staff was very accommodating.

No complaint regarding the property. My issue was that I was charged more for a tax that should have been included in my agreed amount with Booking. I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve used Booking for a long time. Seems like the problem was between Booking and Cambria and I shouldn’t have had it added. It wasn’t a huge amount, but I don’t appreciate any amount being added that I didn’t agree on.

Location was great, walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and sights as well as the fun NuLu area, and it was safe. Hotel is pretty new and modern and our room (King Suite) was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy (right in the building with access to building elevator) and not overly expensive ($18 per day).

While being super new, large and nice the shower simply did not have enough water pressure.

The staff were friendly and helpful! Good value and location. Parking included with this downtown Louisville hotel where others charge extra. Liked that there was a restaurant on site. casual bistro with good food. Loved the large walk in shower!

There was no breakfast included but a place on site to order a limited breakfast if you want. We didn't have breakfast there but I did order a latte. It was delicious!

Excellent upscale hotel located a two-minute walk from Whiskey Row. Super modern, clean and extremely comfortable. Onsite restaurant, cafe and bar. Friendly and helpful staff. We will 100% stay here again if we revisit Louisville.

Hotel parking garage apparently was full and we had to park in uncovered parking lot almost directly across the street for a few & more per day than hotel garage. Not a big deal, but certainly would have preferred covered, more secure garage parking, for a few $ less.

Loved the employees, the info they shared, cleanliness, comfort, restaurants, coffee shop. Loved the room and comfort/cleanliness. Quiet and safe. Some of the friendliest most helpful employees I’ve experienced. Treated you like family.

The hotel did the best they could with space available for parking. I didn’t know parking would be so limited and that the cost would vary depending on which lot had available spaces. I didn’t really search for all the details about parking before booking however.

The hotel was so clean and the staff was so friendly. Our room was very quiet and I slept so well. It was very clean in our room/bathroom and the pool was clean and nice looking.

I hate pay to park when you're already paying to stay at the hotel. Should be included. I wish the TV could have signed into Netflix. The only options were pay $20 for a movie or watch cable.

The room was great, good work station. Comfortable bed. Clean.

The shower head could have been better. The coffee shop has very good breakfast and excellent espresso, but is not open long enough. There are no dinner restraunts nearby, 20min walk or so, except Jimmy johns which is right accross the street and is excellent.
