The front desk staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The water pressure in the shower was great and we always came back to a clean room. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the bathrooms and floors close to it were kept clean, making bathroom trips from the pool easy.

While the location was great, it is very close to the highway and the airport. We live out in the country on a dead end back road so the first night was a struggle getting used to the noise but you could always put on some music. The noise didn't bother the kids at all, they slept great.

The hotel overall was very nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly at both check-in and breakfast. We requested a travel crib and it was already set up when we checked in. And the breakfast was very good!

While we were getting ready for bed, we got a call from the front desk telling us that the people in the room below us had apparently complained that our small children were running around and disturbing their sleep. The kids were not being particularly loud, though, so maybe the walls/floors are not as soundproof as they could be.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were awful. The drain in our walk in shower was inadequate and bathroom flooded during each shower so that we had to use all of our towels to mop up the floor each day. I then felt a little guilty asking to refresh linens daily because of all the signs asking us to conserve. Thank goodness there were only 2 of us and we brought a couple of towels with us.

The hotel was immaculately clean from the entrance all the way to the room! The location is great; there’s a BP gas station and McDonald’s right beside the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was GREAT for it being a FREE breakfast. They had French toast, Belgian waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, oatmeal with TONS of topping options, cereal, etc. The French toast was my favorite! Can’t stress the cleanliness of this hotel enough.. my family and I were very impressed!

We could’ve used a larger fridge in the room, but nothing was wrong with their mini-fridge.. just our preference! The pool is also small.. sucks if a lot of kids want to go swimming at the same time!

The hotel was up to date and very clean. The room was spacious and the location was perfect. We stopped in on our way to NY from TX and being right off of the highway was helpful! The parking lot was very well lit at night which is much appreciated.

This really isn't a complaint but the restroom door seemed like it had shifted. If the door was closed all of the way it was extremely difficult to open.

We made a quick stop in Louisville due to fatigue after traveling. This hotel was great! Very clean and economical, great breakfast, nice property. I would love to stay here again.

There was a discrepancy with Booking.com that was eventually straightened out. It took longer than it should have but was rectified. Not on the fault of the property, it was not their mistake.

The staff was very professional. Both breakfasts were restaurant quality and we enjoyed the experience. This was the best hotel breakfast experience we have had in years. We appreciate the survey so we can rave about the food!

Not enough personal storage in the bathroom. One bedroom stand was round had no drawers. We would prefer two of the style with drawers.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was exceptionally kind.

My only issue was that the fridge in the rooms doesn’t have a freezer compartment. I had some ice packs that needed to keep our child’s milk cold during our drive home, but the staff was kind enough to let me put the packs in their freezer during our stay.

It was clean and well lit. The food was great and the staff were amazing.

Bathroom door didn’t shut proper. But it was something they were willing to move us rooms for, but with the youngest being special needs and having difficulties readjusting we just dealt with it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with an excellent breakfast, a clean and spacious room, convenient free on-site parking, and friendly staff. The fitness center was fantastic and the indoor pool was great. We will definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommended!
