I liked that it was close to the highway. I liked that it had free parking. I liked that it had a variety of fast food restaurants nearby. I liked that it had gas stations nearby. I liked that it had an ATM nearby. I liked that it was easy check in. I liked that was clean, inviting, and cozy. I liked the free breakfast. I liked the free coffee throughout the day. I liked the space in the hotel rooms. I liked how the worker kept the breakfast area cleaned. I liked how polite and kind the staff was. I liked the late check out (12pm). I liked the free baked cookies at the front counter. I liked the price for my stay.

I did not like that the pool was closed by the Health department. I did not like that 2nd floor veding area had no ice for our ice bucket. I did not like how early breakfast closes (6am-9am). I did not like that the tub was dingy. I did not like the rust away the a.c unit

The staff was very helpful, polite, and patient. It was an amazing visit.

The pool was closed, and this was very inconvenient. The pool is one of the activities my grandkids look forward to when I visit. It was a little disappointing. Especially since it was not listed as closed.

Upgraded to suite! Breakfast amazingly complete and tasty. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Started next night at Comfort Inn in Macon west GA that was terrible. Noisy, not really cleaned well, toilet made sounds all night. Plugs and cable connections only worked in one outlet. Paint splotches on hall carpet. And breakfast .. no pepper .. they were out! No ketchup .. don' t carry. No water! Use fountain. Horrible. Do not recommend.!

Kind staff, affordability, fresh bake cookies were nice touch, morning breakfast was lacking on two of the three days. Pastries and yogurt or added on the third day.

Lots of visible rust in the bathroom.

the location was great as it was close to where my daughter lives who we were visiting and close to many restaurants and stores.

We were grateful to be upgraded to a suite, however there were a couple of minor things in the room. There was a bottle of cleaner left on the bedside table, not too big of a deal, but then there was still leftover food in the fridge and there was what I believe to be someone’s “boogers” on the wall next to the mirror. Not huge issues but I think there should be more attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping.

Website shows "connecting " which we really wanted - due to younger kids. Call ahead and check. Have to wait till check in" For the second time at this location asking for "connecting" still didn't get. This is probably our 6th time here - going to scout out different hotels in area.. If they had just said when I called - sorry - none available - wouldn't be so irritated with this location.

Close to a lot of food choices and shopping places

Didn’t give enough towels and wash clothes had to ask for more and also had mold on the shower curtain. Need to change it out or wash it to get it out of the curtain

Location was excellent but the bed was too firm and set up too high. I just had a knee replacement and it was difficult to get up into the bed.

Location was excellent and had plenty of parking a car hauler

Location was perfect. Staff at breakfast was friendly. Kids loved the breakfast options!

Just some cosmetic issues in the bathroom, chipping paint and such. Nothing too bad, just eye sores. Wish the hot tub was open, we would’ve really enjoyed that as the pool was a little chilly.

Rooms were clean.

Sam Patel was not very friendly or accommodating to the children needing pool towels. There were a total of 5 in entire pool area. No hot tub like property lists but there was a pool.
